The paper introduces a processing of the images of the baceball scoer book. Rules of the baseball look simple; pitching, catching, hitting, running, etc. However it is very complicated game in fact. Recording a game is done by writting a score book. It needs high skills for accurate records. Therefore undestanding the game from the written score book is also difficult. We started the analysis of the score book to get the average of each batter.

The Madhava-Gregory-Leibniz series is an infinite series expansion of the circle ratio π. This is provided by Taylor expansion of arctan x. Also, we can see the series in the range of high school mathematics. However, in these processes we can not directly see the relation with π. While being fascinated by the beauty of the equation, it is for this reason that there is something which doesn’t fall in a mind. Therefore, in this paper, we derive the series briefly by using the method of subdividing the area of the circle known in India and the definite integration of high school mathematics. Furthermore, in the process, we have a visual understanding of the series by corresponding the expressions and the area.

本研究では広島商船高等専門学校が実施している地(知)の拠点事業(以下,「COC事業」と言う) の一環として, 大崎町郷土資料館の中に保存してある民間伝承のうち, 神峰にある「さいのかわら」と 「はさみ岩」伝承の背景を探るものである。そのうえで, 地域振興のための行政的課題の考察を行った。 「さいのかわら」と「はさみ岩」は, 聖域である山頂部とその下の俗界を分ける結界の役目を担ってい た。「さいのかわら」は, 一時期神峰山頂部が, 死者の魂がとどまる聖域として認識されていたことを 示唆する。しかしながら,「さいのかわら」が神峰に成立した時期は比較的新しく, 近世中後期以降の比 較的短期間のことであろうと考えられる。歴史文化的資源は地域振興のための基盤であり, これらの保 存が今後の行政的課題の一つであろうと考えられる。

This paper considers that two teams from our school participated in KOSEN Programming Contest in which we have been participating every year and how they worked on it. The work of the first team is a risk detection system using a road bike as a subject. The work of the second team is a music education device for children.
