本研究では、地域づくりの優良事例の内容をミクロに分析し「住民主導」の内実を明らかにすることを目的とした。本事例からは、地区住民から出された要望を地域リーダーが具体化し、それを自治会役員会が承認し、地区全体の活動として実施するという、活動における地域リーダー層の役割を明らかにすることができた。こうした地域リーダー層以外の一般住民の意識と活動に対する関与の実態を明らかにすることを目的としたアンケート調査を行った。その結果、地区住民の中には「地域づくりを支持はするが、自ら積極的にかかわりたいとまでは思わない」といういわば「消極的支持層」が存在することが明らかになった。In J area in Murone village, Iwate Prefecture, several community activities have been found to contribute to revitalization of the rural community and people's exchange with visitors. This study is to analyze the involvement of local people in the development process of those activities, to discuss how the activities became possible and to analyze the consciousness of local people about those activities. The result of the questionnaire are summarized as follows : 1) a half or more local people agreed to do those activities, 2) though some of them had intention of leaving up those activities to someone else.

本研究は平地部集落の宅地空間における作業所等の改変とそれに伴う連関変化の視点から、宅地内の建築物・OS・宅地境界空間や宅地外空間・生活・生業等の要素相互の連関を把握した。宅地境界空間との連関では、作業所の隣接等に伴う囲いの改変や農機具導入等に伴う出入口・囲い等の連関変化が捉えられた。OSへの連関では、砂利化や日当たり悪化による土更地・菜園畑の改変や意匠庭・隣接農地等への影響が把握された。建築物との連関では改変行為を契機とする建築物・OS・宅地境界空間への連関変化が捉えられた。宅地外空間との連関では、菜園畑の消失等に連関した隣接する苗代等の宅地化と、作業所・農機具庫・ハウス・囲い等の設置が把握された。To clear relationship between elements of rural settlement, we analyzed the structure on the relative changes with the changes of the workshop on the buildings, the open spaces and the border spaces in housing lot, the spaces out of housing lot, life style and agricultural management. The main contents of this paper are as follows. 1) On border space of housing lot, the relations to adjoining buildings change the hedges and the walls. And the entrance and the fences are changed with the relations on the change of the path of flow. 2) On open space in housing lot, the relative changes of the clay yard and the vegetable garden influence the changes of the planting garden and the adjoining farm. 3) With the constructions of the workshop, there are the relative changes to the buildings, the open spaces and the border spaces in housing lot. 4) On the adjoining farm, there are the constructions of the workshop, the shed for agricultural machines, the vinyl house and the fence.
