学習管理システム(LMS)が、教育機関における情報基盤として幅広い役割を担うようになっている。一方で、個々の大学では履修情報、シラバス、成績評価といった学務情報のほか、教室や各種設備の予約スケジュールなどの利用管理に関する情報システムを運用している。LMS を教育の基盤システムとして教員が効率的に利用するためには、これらの学内の他情報システムと連携するとともに、授業遂行上の様々なワークフローを考慮する必要がある。本稿では、まず東京農工大学における e ラーニングの取り組みを概説する。次に、LMS や学内の情報システムを取り巻く、運用上の多様なワークフローについて整理する。さらに、講義で用いる教室や機材の管理に注目し、多様なワークフローを考慮した moodle 上での予約モジュールとして実現する際の課題について整理する。Learning Management Systems (LMS) come to play an important and large role in many educational institutions. Therefore, LMS is considered as one of the educational infrastructures in these days. On the other hand, Management Systems for Educational Information including course registration, syllabuses, grades are also operated, as well as Reservation systems of classrooms or equipments. In order to encourage teachers to make full use of LMS, designing cooperative system among those systems are required. We analyze and investigate complicated workflows at educational institutions, and discuss the design of a reservation module for Moodle.
