インターネット上のコミュニケーショントラブルのうちネットを経由したいじめ・嫌がらせといったいわゆるネット炎上に関して、先行研究から発生過程から収束過程を整理し、具体的な事例を対象に原因と対応方法について不具合に対する決着をつける行動であるという観点から考察する。The settling process is arranged from the generation process, and a so-called net blazing up of bullying and annoying via the net of the communications troubles in the Internet is considered from the previous work about the cause and the correspondence method for a concrete case.
