1 0 0 0 OA 守護系戦国大名豊後大友氏と室町幕府・朝廷
本研究の目的は、戦国大名大友氏と室町幕府・朝廷との関係を明らかにすることである。成果として、戦国期の大友氏当主が室町幕府・朝廷から獲得した守護職などの幕府官職と官位などの栄典について、彼らがいつ何を獲得したのかを明確にした。大友義長は3つ、大友義鑑と大友義鎮は8つの幕府官職と栄典を獲得していた。これらには、大友氏が申請のもの(主に守護)と幕府側より与えられたもの(主に栄典)があった。戦国大名大友氏と室町幕府・朝廷との交渉の頻度は、保守的なイメージとは異なり多くはなかった。本研究により遠国の戦国大名と室町幕府・朝廷との関係のあり方を提示することができた。

本稿では、16世紀後半に大友義鎮(宗麟)が行った豊後府内から臼杵への城下町移転について考察した。その結果、城下町移転の背景には、義鎮政権が抱える政治的不安定性があったことを指摘した。この城下町移転により大友政権とそれを構成する家臣団の階層に変化はなく、家臣たちの政権への出仕は、大名城下町と自己の所領との間を行き来する形であった。最後に、戦国大名城下町が大都市である必要性がないことを提起した。######This paper considers the relocation of the castle town to Usuki from###Bungo-Funai carried out by Yoshishige(Sorin) Otomo in the latter half of###the 16th century. As a result, it is pointed out that the politically insecure###nature of the Yoshishige Administration served as a backdrop to the###relocation of the castle town. This relocation brought no change to the###class of the vassal team constituting the Otomo Administration. Their###service to the political power was in the form of a coming and going###between the castle town and their own territory. In the end, it emerged###that there was no necessity for the Sengoku Daimyo Castle Town to be a###big city.
