体育・保健体育科における「集団行動」は,戦前を起点とすることが指摘され,これまでにも体育授業で取り扱うことは妥当でないと批判されてきた。しかし,現行の学習指導要領にもその行動様式が含まれ,それらを補完するように文部科学省の手引きが発行されている。また,運動の特性を踏まえることなく行動様式を美化した授業展開が提案されることもある。本稿では戦後の体育関係者によって展開された「集団行動」をめぐる議論について明らかにし,「集団行動」が指導の対象とされる理由を検討する。これを受けて体育授業のあり方と収斂した。内容は以下のように集約される。「集団行動」の導入にはアメリカ進駐軍の指導とそれによる文部省の通達,教師たちの混乱,児童生徒のモラルのなさが関わっていた。当時の体育教師たちは戦前の教育の影響とそれによる戦後の衝撃から新しい指導法を生み出すことよりも,戦前の秩序運動や教練をモデルとする「集団行動」の指導に回帰することを要望した。これらは能率,安全,秩序など一定の論理により成り立っていた。一方で,歴史的反省,体育授業の本質,教師の快感や美意識に着目し,「集団行動」を批判,危倶する声もあった。これまでにこのような議論を経てきたが,学習指導要領とそれを補完する手引きによる指導の構造は現存している。体育授業は現在,「指導と評価の一体化」の域に到達している。それをめざした体育授業を展開させようとするならば,「集団行動」に費やす時間はないと考えられる。

干潟は高い生物多様性や生態系サービスを有す一方,様々な開発圧に曝されている。また,干潟は地元住民,漁師,行政,開発業者など様々な立場の人たちの利害関係とも深く関わっている。そのため,保全か開発かの二者択一の議論では干潟の諸問題を解決することは困難である。本研究は,このような複雑な問題を題材とした持続可能な社会(開発と保全)の在り方を考える授業プログラムの開発を行った。授業プログラムは,大学生12 名を対象に,事前調べ学習,干潟での自然観察(遊び)と生物多様性調査,ワークショップの3 つの構成で行った。構成それぞれで干潟への関心や知識に関するアンケート調査を実施し,それらの効果を検証した。生物多様性調査の結果,19 種の絶滅危惧種を含む47 種の生物を採集することができた。アンケート調査の結果,受講者は,授業の進行に連れて,干潟の知識の向上,干潟を必要と思う気持ちの向上などがみられた。また,ワークショップを通じ,干潟に対する自分の考えを見つめ直し,他者の考えを受け入れ,議論を重ねたことで,干潟の景観や生物のことだけなく,干潟を取り巻く社会情勢や干潟の価値や役割など様々なことを多角的,俯瞰的,総合的に思考し,理解する機会が得られたと考えられた。Although mudflats have many ecological functions and high biodiversity, they are exposed to the pressure of development. Such a situation provides suitable materials for education for sustainable development (ESD). As there has been no practical study of ESD on mudflats, we have therefore created the learning program of ESD on mudflats. The program is divided into three parts: investigative learning, nature observation meetings and field research on mudflats, and workshops in the classroom. Students were answered a questionnaire after each part. The results of field research, 47 species of animals, including 19 species of endangered species were collected. The results of the questionnaire showed that, as the program progressed, so the knowledge and interest of students in mudflats increased. Furthermore, through the workshop, students were able to share various ideas regarding mudflats.

大分市S小学校の学童保育クラブにおける低学年児童の遊び###を対象として参与観察調査および聞き取り調査を実施したところ,スポーツ###的遊び,鬼ごっこ等など合計54の遊びを収集することができた。これらの###遊びを事例として,活動の開始から終了までの経過を分析したところ,すべ###ての事例においてルールのつくり変えが認められた。その回数は7回ないし###2回で,平均は4回であった.また,そのつくり変えは遊ぶ中で生じる不都###合(ルール破りや危険性)等がきっかけになること,遊びをより面白く・活動###しやすくするためであること,1人の子どもによる提案と遊び仲間の合意に###よること,等が明らかになった。さらに,殆どの事例において,ルールのつ###くり変えが遊びに肯定的変化(遊びやすくなった,面白くなった)をもたらし###たことも明らかになった。###以上を論拠として,本稿では低学年児童の遊びは既定のルールに従ってゲ###ームが進行するスポーツと異なり,ルールをつくり変える過程として成立す###ること,つまり遊びとは遊びづくりでもあり,その遊びづくりは遊びやすさ###や面白さを追求する営みである,と論じた。###We carried out the society survey targeting at the play of the ###schoolchildren in the lower grades in the after-school care for children's###club of Oita Municipal "S" Elementary School. As a result, we collected a ###total of 54 games such as sports play and blindman's buff. We analyzed ###all of these games and made several findings. All the games include the ###several changes of the rule. Each and every change of the rule is triggered ###by any inconvenience they come across in their playing. The rule change is ###carried out to make the play more interesting. The rule change brings about an ###affirmative change to play.###On the basis of the above-mentioned findings, we made it clear that the ###schoolchildren in the lower grades enjoy their play and make most of the ###several changes of its rule and that such a rule change is done for the pursuit ###of the fun they have while playlng.

本稿は、G.カッチーニの『新音楽』(1602)と、M.プレトーリウス、『音楽大全』(1618・1619)の中の「音楽家に対する指導」をとおして、バロック初期の歌唱法について考察したものである。上記の著作を検討した結果、現代の声楽家が、バロック初期の作品を唱歌する際に留意しなけらばならない点として、言葉に美意識をおき、言葉のアッフェットに応じて装飾する必要性があることを見出すことができた。###In this paper,I report on vocal methods of the early baroque period###through " Le nuove musiche " published by G.Caccini in 1602 and###' Instructio pro Symphoniacis ' (from " Syntagma Musicum " by###M.Praetorius, Chap.9,PartIII,Vol.III). As a result, vocal methods of the###early baroque period are found to be very useful, even today, when singing###vocal music works of those days.

『マクベス』はシェイクスピアの悲劇の一つであり、魔女の予言とその後のマクベスの行為との関係がこの悲劇を解釈する上でのポイントである。そこではマクベスの一連の行為を「運命」ととらえる見方と、そうではなくてマクベスの内的願望・感情が発現したものであるとする見方がある。本稿では、「予言の自己成就」という社会学的視点から、予言の影響下でマクベスがどのような状況の定義の下で行為を行ったのかという点を中心に検討した。### Macbeth is one of William Shakespeare's famous tragedies, the crucial point for which is concerning the relationship between witches' prophecies and Macbeth's actions, There have been two perspectives regarding Mavbeth's actions : one sees them as his fate, and the other sees them as originated from his free will. In this essay, I tried to interpret Macbeth from the perspective of sociological concept, `self-fulfilling prophecy.

「死のフーガ」を書いたドイツ系ユダヤ人パウル・ツェランは,当時ルーマニア領であったブコヴィナ地方の中心都市チェルノヴィッツに生まれた。第二次大戦中,彼の両親はトランスニストリアの強制収容所に送られそこで死んだ。ツェラン自身は強制移送を免れたが,強勧労働に従事し続けなければならなかった。強制労働の合間をぬって彼は詩を書いた。「死のフーガ」には,両親を助けられなかったことを自分の罪と感じるツェランの個人的苦悩が色濃く反映している。

本稿では、探偵デュパンの事件解決を支えたものは持ち前の分析的知性の力であったことを明らかにする。この知性は、構造主義の知見に通底する。ある人間の思考様式は、その人間が育った社会の思考枠に強く束縛されているので、その枠を超えた自由なも物の考え方はむずかしく、かなり限定的な思考に留まる。したがって自分の属する社会が許容する範囲内での思考様式から脱することができず、いきおい、無思慮に自分の思考を他の社会の思考にも適用してしまう、というのが構造主義の知見である。この悪癖が警視総監の捜査のつまずきのもとだとデュパンは見抜く。自分の思考も犯人の思考も同じだと見なしたところに総監の誤謬があった。そういう理解のもとにデュパンは、本来の系統的で数学者的な頭脳と固有の分析的な知性とを駆使して事件解決に漕ぎ着けることができた、というのが本論の結論である。 This paper is to make it clear that Dupin finally solves the crime,###making the most of his own analytical way of thinking.###According to the findings of structuralism, there is nothing to choose###between two cultures. More importantly, there is little to choose###between "pensee sauvage" and civilized people's "pensee" or thinking.###Even so, a particular way of thinking is part of one group's norm,###but not another group's norm. One group has an ethnocentric view###towards another group, and vice versa. The same can be said of the###difference in the way of thinking between the Paris police, or the Prefect,###and the Minister, or the thief of the letter.###Analyzing those two different ways of thinking on the basis of the###theoretical framework of structuralism, Dupin manages to solve one of###the most difficult conundrums for the Prefect. The success is due to###Dupin's idiosyncrasies in that he is methodical, analytical and###perfectionistic to the point of being very mathematically inclined.

相互関係を表す相互構文に再帰構文が対応する場合がある。本稿では、両者の関係は「相互動詞」や「対称的再帰動詞」という概念によっては十分に説明されないことを指摘し、再帰構文を構文モデルと情報構造の観点から考察する。さらに、相互構文に現れるsichを取り上げ、これが再帰代名詞の相互的用法ではないことを検証すると共に、この構文で観察されるmiteinanderの省略を「対称性」との関連から考察する。

わが国のスポーツ振興は,総合型地域スポーツクラブ育成を###中心として展開されている。学校,企業を中心としてきたこれまでのスポーツ振興の形態は限界を迎え,代わって,地域を中心としたスポーツ振興が叫ばれ始めている。以上のような,地域を中心としたスポーツ振興の動向の中で,学校部活動の存続形態も過渡期を迎えようとしている。すなわち,教師と生徒のみで実施されてきた学校部活動の運営形態は,地域住民との積極的な関係づくりが期待され始めている。###そこで本研究では,すでに,学校部活動と総合型地域スポーツクラブの関係を構築してきた先駆的な事例をもとに,両者の関係構築をめぐる課題と可能性について検討した。当該事例からみえてきた課題と可能性は以下に集約できる。1学校外地域とのスポーツ交流を促進するためには,積極的な交流意欲を有する教師の存在が不可欠であること,2しかしながら,学校全体としての交流意欲の高まりをみることは大変困難であること,3学校部活動と総合型地域スポーツクラブの関係構築にあたっては,学校単位ではなく,教育制度全般の見直しの中で検討されることが必要であること,等である。###A steady advance of sports in Japan has been made through centering on the promotion of comprehensive community sports clubs. The###traditional type of sports promotion which has centered on schools and enterprises has now almost reached the limit, and what is called for is the promotion of community sport. The fact is, the continuance of###extracurricular sports activities is now entering a transition period. The system of school sports clubs which hither to only teachers and students have joined is now expected to be also joined by community inhabitants.###The author has discussed the problems and possibilities of combining sports club activities with community sports club activities, reviewing the pioneering examples where school sports clubs and community clubs have been successfully combined.###The conclusion is as follows: (1) Teachers are needed who are aggressively eager to interact with community sports activities. (2)However, it is very difficult to obtain increasing enthusiasm for this kind of###interchange across schools as a whole. (3) It is necessary to review the whole educational system, not the system in individual schools, in order to build a promising relationship between school sports club activities and comprehensive community sports club activities.

財政的に疲弊した米沢藩を上杉鷹山が立て直した史実については、今日広く知られるところとなった。特に経済人や行政関係のトップに評価され、今日の日本の行財政改革において、「鷹山に学べ」の声もあがっている。こうした評価の陰で、一般には十分認知されないが、鷹山の改革内容の一つに「福祉政策」の側面がある。この側面には、今ふうに換言すれば、人権尊重、弱者救済、住民参加等を基調とする「福祉政策」的発想がある。この発想こそが財政改革を成功させた要因である。The reform of the Yonezawa clan by Uesugi Yozan is widely known in Japan. He is especially highly-appraised for his approach for the reform by the economic world today. Then, if we take a closer look at it, we can notice that his reform includes an aspect of welfare policy as well. So we can set up the following keywords in the reform by Uesugi : Protection of human rights, Standing by the weak, and Citizen's participation in policy making.
