近年、推し進められている高等教育改革において、学習成果の可視化は重要なキーワードであり、そしてその可視化が多くの高等教育機関において精力的に取り組まれている。しかし、多くの大学で実施されている方法は、ディプロマ・ポリシーに対応するような評価であるとは言い難い。甲子園短期大学ではディプロマ・ポリシーの内容に基づき、卒業までに学生が身につける能力を抽出し、その能力をカリキュラムマップと対応させた学習成果システムを構築した。その概要を報告する。

本研究では、「学習成果の可視化に向けたアセスメントプラン」に基づき、学生の入学から卒業3 年後までの間接評価の策定を行った。また、策定された間接評価をもとに学生調査を実施し、学習成果の現状の把握と教育改善の可能性について検討を行った。本研究では、令和4(2022)年5 月と7 月に実施した入学時調査と学生調査の結果について報告する。

The "Fundamental Law of Food and Nurture" was passed in 2005 and shows the importance of considering regional foods and the culture of dietary habits. Our interest is how to promote food education that adopts regional foods in traditional dishes and in cultivating dietary habits. The history of cultivating strawberries in the Naruo region and the changes in strawberry cultivars was therefore studied. Strawberry production grew from the Taisyo to Showa eras in the Naruo region as a subsidiary farming business. Strawberries were recognized as an indispensable seasonal food for residents in the surrounding areas. The kind of strawberry produced in Naruo is specified and there is a growth plan for the future. We will further study documents on how strawberries were eaten and how strawberry products were made in the Taisho era.

Summary This report, examined the economic realities of life in the Hanshin area from the living survey was conducted in the Taisho era. Between residents pay and the workers income side, found that a huge economic disparity. Income disparities have big impact lifestyle.

As for Taisho era early Osaka, deterioration of the city environment with the sudden development and increase in population of the commercial industry had become big problem from Meiji final period. Especially hygienic problem and housing problem were serious, immigration of the person to suburb was lectured as one of the measure. As for opening and advancement of the electric railroad immigration of the people to suburb was urged. At the residential suburb which was formed anew from Meiji final period extending through Taisho era, became also the opportunity where new life culture buds. In this report, life culture of Naruo area and in order to search the formation, advancement of the Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. which exerts big influence one end of process of formation of the suburb life with that is searched. In the future, excavation of the data it is schedule concerning the life style of Nishihata in Naruo village. Topic is to unearth the life culture of the suburb residence and the area which the Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. formed.
