本研究は、アレルギー疾患をもつ思春期にある子どもの病気経験の語りからアレルギー疾患患児のレジリエンスの特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。アレルギー疾患児22名を対象に、半構成的面接を実施し、質的分析を行った。分析の結果、【病気を受容できない自分】【親へ依存している】【将来への不安】【他者から理解されない】【良好な対人関係を形成する】【支援を受ける】【病気の自己管理ができる】の7つの主要カテゴリーを抽出した。アレルギー疾患をもつ思春期の子どもは、病気の不安や恐怖を抱え、さらに、病気と病気がもたらす結果から生じる不適応な出来事を経験していることから、病気の自己管理の継続や病気の受容、対人関係の良好さを促進する支援が重要であることが示唆された。

Although research on resilience has been attracting the attention of researchers as an important concept to support the psychological wellbeing of sick children, studies on resilience of children with allergies is still inadequate in Japan. This study identifies future research agenda for the field. First, we reviewed research on resilience and provided its definitions and history. Then, we summarized the development of resilience in Japan and found that there are very few empirical studies on factors influencing resilience in the nursing field. The study contends that research on determinants of resilience among children with allergies is needed and suggests that the resilience-related model applied to normal junior high school students can equally be applied to adolescents with allergies. However, the causal relationship among variables of the resilience-related model has not been determined. This study proposes that the resilience-related model for children with allergies should be generalized through a longitudinal research.

【目的】心理的葛藤のさなかにある思春期アレルギー児が療養生活を送るうえでレジリエンス,すなわちダメージからの回復力は重要である.しかしアレルギー児のレジリエンスを測定する尺度はない.本研究では,思春期アレルギー児のレジリエンス尺度を作成し,その信頼性と妥当性を検証する.【方法】対象は,協力医療施設に通院中の小4から中3のアレルギー児とした.調査は質問紙を用いて2021年9~11月に実施した.尺度原案を作成し,項目分析で得られた尺度項目に対する探索的因子分析,確認的因子分析を行った.【結果】621部を配布し,有効回答179名を分析対象とした.対象アレルギー疾患は,気管支喘息136名,食物アレルギー83名,アトピー性皮膚炎80名であった.思春期アレルギー児レジリエンス尺度は4因子(問題解決志向,探究志向,自然体志向,ネガティブ感情の共有)15項目で構成され,信頼性と妥当性が確認された.【考察】アレルギー児のレジリエンス尺度を開発した.移行支援など関係する研究で活用が期待される.

This study investigated a model in which internal working models of junior high school students are directly linked to their resilience while at the same time relationships with family members and teachers have mediating effects on the resilience of the students. Furthermore, resilience was assumed to be influenced by academic competence and sense of life satisfaction. The results of covariance structure analyses confirmed the validity of the model. Differences relating to grade level in school and gender were also examined by simultaneous analysis of multiple populations. The results revealed that positive relationships of junior high school students increase their resilience, which in turn mediates the promotion of life satisfaction and academic competence.
