本研究では,グループでの議論において参加者それぞれが持つ多様な視点からの意見を引き出すことを促進するため,オンラインコミュニケーションメディアが本質的に有する匿名性をより効果的に活用する,非対面同期型議論システムについて検討する.問題の正確な把握や,新たな問題点を見つけたり新たなアイデアや知識を生み出したりするためには,参加者それぞれが持つ様々な視点からの意見表出を促すことが非常に重要である.しかしながら,一般の会議では,発言の論理性と一貫性の維持や,グループ内の社会的な関係の制約により,各参加者が有する様々な視点からの意見を自由に表出できるようにすることは困難である.そこで本研究では,オンライン空間の中で,参加者各自が複数の人格を駆使して議論に参加することを可能とする 「任意ハンドルネーム発言機能」 と,他の参加者に特定の視点での発言を強制する 「視点押付機能」 を有する "Cosplay Chat" を構築した.Cosplay Chat を使用して,各参加者が有する様々な視点からの意見を引き出すことが可能となるか評価実験を行った.Cosplay Chat を含む 4 つのチャットシステムを用いて,20 名の被験者を 4 つのグループにわけ,比較実験を実施した.比較実験の結果,Cosplay Chat によって多様な視点からの意見を引き出せることがわかった.In this paper, we propose an online discussion system for encouraging participants of a discussion to express their opinions from diverse perspectives and evaluate its efficiency. It is very important to encourage the participants to express diverse opinions for accurately grasping situations of problems, finding overlooked problems and creating novel pieces of knowledge. However, in the usual meetings, it could not be achieved that the participants freely express opinions from diverse viewpoints in their minds because of the requirement to maintain logical consistency of their statements and constraints of the social relationships in the group. To solve this problem, we propose a new online discussion system named "Cosplay Chat." This system provides two functions: a "talking-as-any-other-personality function" and a "forcing-another-personality-against-someone function." We conducted experiments with subjects using four different chat systems including Cosplay Chat to evaluate whether they can more freely express opinions from diverse viewpoints with using Cosplay Chat. as a result, we confirmed that this system works as expected and opinions from diverse viewpoints could be obtained.
