Big Cities in Japan are said to be in the stage of re-urbanization, after experiencing the stages of urbanization, suburbanization and counterurbanization. These re-urbanized cities have a new resident group whose members have a moderate relationship ("sarasara-type") with each other adapted to the matured urban societysocieties, in addition to conventional resident groups with a dense relationship ("betabeta-type") or a thin relationship("pasapasa-type"). Each resident group has its own characteristics. On the other hand, the number of the Internet users has increased drastically after the Japanese government implemented its"e- Japan" strategy. Between a Internet-savvy group and a non-Internet-savvy group a clear difference exists. But there is no statistically significant difference between their relationship preference for one of the three types above and their level of Internet usage.

This paper describes an improvement scheme of in-house meetings based on ethnography. The scheme including fieldwork and participatory design, had been applied to ten or more cases of three major meeting-types. This paper shows a fieldwork-process of Kaizen-meetings in a software development division as one sample. After observation and analysis of this case, major four points for improvement had been obtained and some of those points had been adopted as hints for improvement of meeting process.

This paper shows actual use of Social Networking Service(SNS) and its effects with SNS addiction. SNS user is over 70 million, and we can see a topic about internet or SNS addiction on mass media and internet homepage. However there are few paper about SNS addiction. Thus we present this paper about how long, how often, what kind of service, and what kind of scene SNS addicted user use SNS, and what kind of burden and sacrifice SNS addicted felt by using SNS, and change and effects by SNS use.

The Ukrainian presidential election campaign unfolded from December 2009 through February 2010. As a result the people of Ukraine chose the path of a major change in policy, towards pro-Russian alignment and away from the hitherto pro-Western alignment. Former President Yushchenko, a flag-bearer for the pro-Western alignment policies, received 6% of the total number of votes and was 5th amongst all of the candidates. Because no candidate received a majority of votes, a run-off election was held between the top two candidates. Both run-off candidates where flag-bearers for pro-Russian alignment, and in the end Yanukovych was inaugurated as president. Why was the sitting president defeated so soundly? It might be suggested that suspicions over the case of Yushchenko's attempted assassination by dioxin 5 years earlier could be a background for the Ukrainian people's dramatic change of direction.

This paper reviews establishment and institutional design of the independent regulator, National Communications Commission (NCC), in communications industry in Taiwan. It also proposes suggestions for prospective improvement in the institutional system of NCC. Although NCC is designed as a council system to ensure its independence, it is still unclear about its legal position as an independent agency due to the special political .system in Taiwan. As a result, how to enhance independence to avoid interference from political forces is extremely important. Moreover, in order to promote industrial development, relations among NCC and other administrative organs should be clarified.

The way of that that the history of the ledger about the inhabitant is old and has it has been coping with the state function which made transfiguration. The history of the inhabitant resident's file is a functional differentiation and a change in the integration like this. That is exactly connected with a chain like molecule structure of DNA and repeated. The moment when this functional differentiation and integration are made is when the function of the inhabitant resident's file and a gap between the actual condition of the incumbent world are widened.

This paper examines legal regulation on virtual image of child sexual abuse especially in Japan. The legislations against child pornography attempt to expand its targets to "virtual child pornography" that is generated from Manga or Anime, not from real child abuse. The reason why child pornography should be strictly prohibited is that it is a genuine evidence of child abuse. Is there a boundary between child abuse and virtual child pornography? This paper analyzes it from two viewpoints of media studies and legal studies.

Cyber-bullying is a serious problem in the Internet. The number of troubles by verbal abuse, libels using the Bulletin Board System or e-mail, is on the increase. Against this problem, there have been the two principal countermeasures in Japan; content-control software and education regarding the morals and use of the Internet at an elementary school, a junior high school, or a high school. However, cyber-bullying occurs not only to minors but also to adults. In such cases, the countermeasures are not effective. Therefore, in this paper we survey the countermeasures and discuss problems when they are applied to the cyber-bullying of adults.

本稿は、大学の入試市場に関する公開情報を援用し、経営分野ならびに経営工学分野の国公立大学を対象に、そこから読み取れる各大学・学科のポジションの変化について特徴的なものを抽出した。その結果、?就職状況が学部系統別の志願者数の増減に必ずしも反映していないこと、?情報工学系の学科が経営系へシフトするケースが見られること、?ランキングが上昇している学科は入試科目を工夫していることが分かった。

The news about the attempted poisoning of Ukrainian presidential candidate with dioxin was given wide coverage in the world media. The author attempted to calculate the amount of dioxin with which the candidate was poisoned,taking into consideration his toxic intake from the viewpoint of the Yusho investigation previously reported in Japan. The candidate's toxic intake was calculated at 1.75-2.20 mg-TEQ. Thi value fairly agrees with the maximum incubative amount that exhibits toxic symptoms,mainly chlor-acne.

This paper focuses on representative works of sekai-kei(セカイ系)which came out in the 1990s and 2000s in Japanese subculture. Sekai-kei literally means "world-type", but セカイ("world" written in katakana) is different from 世界("world" in kanji).Then one question is, why is it that "world" is written in katakana? Furthermore, another question arises as to the storyline of the works of sekai-kei. In those works, a tiny relationship between two persons (you as a fighting cute girl and I as an ordinary boy) directly leads to a catastrophe of the world. What does the storyline mean? This paper illuminates the works of this genre in terms of sociocultural history of Japan.

It is broadly perceived that IT Revolution has made much greater impact on our society than the Industrial Revolution did. We observe one of its greatest impacts on changing media, in terms of style and system of reporting and distributing news. IT Revolution has enabled any media to start up new net businesses, and the web has clearly become the center force to speed up the changes. Some of those changes brought negative impacts on our society, such as insider trading and illegal copies of original articles, which deeply hurt public credibility of media. Under such circumstances, CSR has emerged as turnkey solution to recover and enhance the credibility of mass media.

筆者らは新たなWeb2.0 的な学習形態を示すものとして、Web2.0 的なサービス「人力検索 はてな」に注目した。本稿では記号論理学を「理屈パズル」というクイズ形式で出題することで、記号論理学に興味を持つ「はてな」の会員が集まり、自然発生的にコミュニケーションが行われ、コミュニティが形成された過程を報告する。このコミュニティ形成をひとつの学習形態として考察し、新たな学習スタイルを提案した。

With the introduction of e-Tax to the national tax system as part of the promotion of electronic government, the electronic filing of local taxes is also being considered, and the local tax portal system eLTAX has been in operation since 2005. However, while the number of the use of online tax filing services has increased in recent years, actual experience shows that this is not entirely desirable in the countryside. In order to find the cause, I administered a questionnaire survey to companies in the Kyushu area regarding the use of e-Tax. In this paper, I will report the results of an analysis of the reality and issues of online tax filing services from the perspective of companies based on this questionnaire survey.
