本研究は、本学の3学科の卒業生に対し実施した卒業生データをもとに、卒業生の在学時の教育プログラムへの評価、卒業後10年までの初期キャリアにおけるコンピテンシーの獲得水準と現在の仕事での必要度、本学への満足度について分析した。調査の結果から、国際観光学科の卒業生は、「海外研修・留学のための機会や指導」の充実度に対し熱心度は有意に低かった。また、「専門の授業(講義や演習)」や「卒業論文、卒業制作、卒業発表」は充実度に対し熱心に取り組んだと評価している。コンピテンシーでは、現職において、卒業生は「基礎的・社会的な技能」の「取引先や顧客などに対するコミュニケーション能力」の不足感を感じていることがわかった。社会福祉学科では、「海外研修・留学のための機会や指導」、「外国語を修得するための授業」、「高校までの基礎学力を学び直す授業や指導」、「知識を広げ教養を身に付ける授業」、「研究室・ゼミでの授業や活動」の充実度に対し、熱心度が有意に低かった。さらに、コンピテンシーの「専門的な知識」、「専門的な技能」、「基礎的・社会的な技能」、「総合的な学習知識と創造的思考力」の項目で獲得度よりも必要度が有意に低かった。健康栄養学科では、「海外研修・留学のための機会や指導」と「卒業論文・卒業制作・卒業発表」が充実度に対し、熱心度が有意に低かった。コンピテンシーについてみると、健康栄養学科の卒業生は、現職において「基礎的・社会的な技能」を中心に不足感を感じていることが明らかになった。総合的に振り返っての本学に対する満足度には卒業生は高い満足度を示した。This research is based on analysing the graduate data that was conducted for students who graduated from three undergraduate departments at Nagasaki International University. The graduates were asked to evaluate the educational program at the time of their enrolment and their enthusiasm for studying. They were also asked to measure their ability to demonstrate a competency level for the first career within 10 years after their graduation and the current job to show the needed requirements. Finally, they were asked about their satisfaction towards the university. The result of surveying the graduates of the International Tourism department shows a significantly low amount of enthusiasm towards the university overseas training program and the study abroad program. However, they showed their enthusiasm to study other courses that related to their major and the graduation thesis. In the competency, the feeling of insufficiency was clear in their current job towards the lack of basic and social skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and customers. On the other hand, the graduates of the Social Work department showed a significantly low amount of enthusiasm towards the university overseas training program and the study abroad program, classes of foreign languages, remedial academic skills, lectures to enrich knowledge and education, and the activities in the seminars. In addition, in the competency, a significantly low amount of enthusiasm was clearly shown towards the lack of specialized knowledge, specialized skills, basic and social skills, and comprehensive knowledge and creative thinking. Finally, the result of surveying the graduates of the Health and Nutrition department shows a significantly low amount of enthusiasm towards the university overseas training program and the studying abroad program. In the competency, the feeling of insufficiency was clear in their current job towards the lack of basic and social skills.
