パソコン技術サポートを行うメールコールセンターの自動化に関して、本研究では、既存の質問応答メールデータをカテゴリ化することによる質問応答データベースを構築し、さらにカテゴリごとにカテゴリ回答文を作成し、未知の問い合わせメールが文書ベクトルを用いて類似度を計算する質問カテゴリ判定システムによって属するカテゴリに判定され、そのカテゴリのカテゴリ回答文を用いて回答を作成し、作成した回答を最終査読者に提示する手法とシステムを提案する。提案手法の有効性を確認するため、実際のシステムを作成して実験を行った結果、145個の質問カテゴリを用いて、86%の割合で正解の質問カテゴリを上位3位以内に推定した。このシステムは、メールコールセンターで実務に供用できる状態にある。キーワード メールコールセンター 質問応答データベース 文書 ベクトル 類似度判定The present paper discusses a support system at a mail call center.The mail call center receives inquiries from computer user by e-mails.Then the mail call center replies to them within 24hours.In order to cope with such a hard task,we propose system that can perform almost all automatic processing except the final check by a human befbre sending off the reply to the user.First,we develop a Q&A database by using the reviewed Q&A mails,We categorize these Q&A data depending on their contents.Every category has its own angwer respectively.Second,we apply the document vector method so that the system calculates the similarity between the new inquiry and the question categories in the Q&A database.From the answers attached to the found question categories,it generates the candidate new answers that might be adequate to the question,Finally, they are transferred to the reviewer in order to select the most adequate one.According to our examination,by using145 question categories,we obtamed86% precision about determning the right question category.The system is ready to use at a mail call center Keyword mail-call center,Q&A database,document vector.similarity evaluation

This study is on the appropriate setting of the angle of view and reality in computer graphics, as a method of simulation of interior. 1. For the simulation of the room about 1 6 m^2, using 17 inch monitor. 74 degrees is the best horizontal angle of view. 2. We studied what element of space affects the reality of CG and how it affects. We think the CG is real, when the shadow, the smoothness of the curved surface and the texture are real. The detail of modeling, the fineness of mesh, the texture, the times of calculation and the method of rendering affect the reality. But their highest settings don't result in highest reality and we can set the parameters properly. 3. The media we present CG is not so influential on the reality, but it affects the space perception so much.

In 1997, the former Economic Planning Agency implemented the first official monetary evaluation of unpaid work. At that time, in Japan, wages were worked out on the basis of gender as well as age ; simply put, valuation amounts of unpaid worker varied by gender. In this study, the loss of income for women was impartially calculated. In other words, the unpaid wage differentials by gender were excluded when our trial calculation was made for women on the basis of the second report compiled by he former EPA in 1998. 0ur calculation yielded approximately 168,080 billion yen or 33.6% of GDP. The general comment price of unpaid work became 10.4% or 52 trillion yen higher than figure listed in the 1998 EPA report. The rate of women's valuation amount to the total naturally increased from 84.5% to 89.3%. Furthermore, our research uncovered the lopsidedness between men and women in terms of annual valuation amounts per capita, and clarified the content of actions involving unpaid work which was not specified in the EPA report. There is a need to recognize publicly that the unpaid work is just as worthy as the paid work, and some policy or social system should be immediately established to enable to choose and distribute unpaid work in our lifestyle irrespective of gender difference.
