本稿では,経済産業研究所が実施したアンケート調査の結果を用いて,増税の是非と社会保障の縮小・拡大という選択に対して,信頼や公共心などの個人の意識がどのような影響を与えるかを分析した.特に,増税せずに社会保障の拡大を求める人々の特徴をみると,税負担と社会保障増減の整合性を取るような財政中立的選択を支持する人々に比べ,政府・他人への信頼や公共心が低い一方,政府への依存が強く,市場経済に懐疑的であった.また,教育水準,時間当たりの所得,相対所得が低かった.これらの結果は,将来に向けて財政・社会保障の持続可能性を確保していく上で,政府・他人に対する信頼や公共心を醸成していくことが重要であることを示唆している.

The development of the recent ink jet printing technology is remarkable for the quality of printing. It has the imaging quality as well as photograph has. Dye has been used for ink so far. However, dye has weak points about tolerance to water and color fastness to light. It is the driving force to change dye inks to pigment inks. However, the needs of the water based pigment inks decrease to develop UV inks or Solvent inks. In addition, the improvements of fastness to light for dye have promoted the decreasing. A turning point comes for the water based pigment inks. This paper describes such a situation of the water based pigment inks.
