本研究の目的は,産業看護職が,事業場全体の健康問題解決を意図して,個別支援から事業化提案決定に至るまでの思考過程を明らかにすることである。研究対象は,自らが起案者となり,個別支援から事業化した経験があり,そのことを言語化し表現している産業看護職13名の活動15事例である。個別支援の過程から事業化提案を決定するまでの認識や判断について半構成的面接調査を実施し,その内容を質的帰納的に分析した。その結果,産業看護職は,事業化提案決定の前から,【事業場に存在する課題を気にかけている】,【場の特性を理解している】,【専門職としての責任感を持つ】という前提となる思考を持ち,【過程Ⅰ 問題を認識する】,【過程Ⅱ 問題を分析する】,【過程Ⅲ 捉えた状況に感情を動かされる】,【過程Ⅳ 問題解決の必要性を認識し事業化を考案する】,【過程Ⅴ 事業化の実現性を見積もる】という5段階の思考過程をたどり事業化提案決定に至っていると考えられた。また,産業看護職の思考過程の特徴として,1)労働の視点で場や人の特性を捉え,問題の認識や分析をしている,2)企業組織の一員として受ける情緒的な思考が,問題解決への意思決定に関わっている,3)事業場のリスクマネジメントという予防的視点を持っている,4)産業の特性や価値観に即して事業化を考案している,5)産業看護職固有の,前提となる思考が判断に関わっている,という5つの特徴が考えられた。The purpose of this study was to identify thought processes of occupational health nurses (OHNs)from individual support to program proposal to solving health related problems of the workplace. The subjects were 13 OHNs and 15 cases of their activities. All these nurses have initiated the companywide project development based on their individual support and have verbalized their experiences. The authors conducted semi constitutive interviews on their awareness and decision during the process of individual support to program proposal. The contents of the interview were analyzed qualitatively and recursively. It was found that OHNs have such prerequisites for program proposals as "Caring about health related problems and issues in the workplace", and "Understanding characteristics of the workplace" "Having responsibility as a professional". They followed five steps of thought process before deciding to propose companywide projects. These steps are: 1. Awareness of problems, 2. Analysis of problems, 3. Moved by the situation captured, 4. Awareness of problem solving necessity and developing programs and 5. Feasibility study of programs. It was thought that OHNs had five characteristic thought processes. They are: 1)Understanding of characteristics of workplace and workers from the perspective of labor in recognizing and analyzing problems; 2)Affective thinking as a member of the company in their problem solution related decision making; 3)Perspective of prevention in the form of risk management at the workplace; 4)Project proposal in accordance to the characteristics and values of the industry and 5)A prerequisites to OHNs affects decision making.

本研究は、群馬県内の南米系外国人集住地域において、外国籍住民と日本人住民、関係者が研究者と協働で『子供の健康づくり』の観点で課題を共有し、有効な活動方法を見出していく参加型アクションリサーチである。1年目は日本移住者が多いブラジルサンパウロ州を訪問し、子供の教育と保健医療体制、出稼ぎ状況について理解を深めた。2、3年目は、群馬大学主催の在日外国人学校健康診断を中心に、外国籍住民や関係者の意向調査や協議を通じて、今後の方策を検討した。
