観光ツアーは,ツアー企画者の経験や勘という暗黙知に基づき設計されており,複数事業者による共同設計や,設計知識の継承において課題がある.従って本研究では,観光ツアーは,観光資源間の意味性や近接性に基づき観光資源の組み合わせが決められツアーが構成されるという観光ツアー構成論理の仮説を立て,その仮説を検証する.検証においては,仮説に基づき構築した観光情報基板上で複数の既存ツアーを表現し比較する.

During web search and browsing, people often accept misinformation due to their inattention to information credibility and biases. To obtain correct web information and support effective decision making, it is important to enhance searcher credibility assessment and develop algorithms to detect suspicious information. In this paper, we investigate how credibility alarms for web search results affect searcher behavior and decision making in information access systems. This study focuses on disputed topic suggestion as a credibility alarm approach. We conducted an online user study in which 92 participants performed a search task for health information. Through log analysis and user surveys, we confirmed the following. (1) Disputed topic suggestion in a search results list makes participants spend more time browsing pages than ordinary search conditions, thereby promoting careful information seeking. (2) Disputed topic suggestion during web browsing does not change participant behaviors but works as complementary information. This study contributes to system designs to enhance user engagement in critical and careful information seeking.

Since service is an artifact as well as physical product, we can observe both function design and activity design of service in a conceptual design phase. Activity design requires designers to deploy all designed functions into activities in service delivery process. However, it is difficult for non-experienced designers to model complicated service delivery processes such as conditional branches and exception handlings while assuring the relationship to functions. To solve this problem, the authors propose a design support of constructing service delivery processes using a collection of structure patterns of processes called Workflow Patterns. In this paper, we make the Workflow Patterns hierarchized by the ISM method so that designers can easily choose a pattern among them according to purpose. The proposed method was implemented on a CAD system for service, and its effectiveness was verified through an evaluation experiment. As a result, it was revealed that the proposed method is especially effective in the case of constructing processes including conditional branches.
