近年、大型の国際イベントについては、地域に対する経済波及効果を事前に計測し、予測データを各種メディアを通じて発表する事例が多くなってきている。2002年6月に開催されたFIFAサッカーワールドカップ (以下、W杯とよぶ) は国際的な大型スポーツイベントでもあり、経済波及効果については、これまでも様々な形での計測値が発表されてきた。これらの経済効果については、発表機関や計算方法についてもまちまちであり、十分な検証が行われないまま、多様な媒体によって公開されているのが実態である。また今回のW杯ほど、多くの機関が独自の計測結果を算出した例は過去に少なく、こうした経済効果に期待度が高まっている一方で、その結果については総じて検証が行われていない。本研究においては大規模な集客機能による地域への波及効果として2002年W杯に着目し、その事例研究を行うとともに、今後のこのような開発がもたらす地域波及効果の測定結果の検証方法につき、考察研究を行うことを目的とする。ここではW杯に関連して試算された様々な研究・調査事例のうち、代表的なものについて経済波及効果の試算結果の分析を行った。ここでは分析上の統一性をはかる意味でも産業連関分析による波及効果測定につき特定して検討した。

This report tries to research on comparision of assembling faculty of the amusement facilities. Recently an urban complex system is needed to study the cost and benefit analysys. Many dome type facilities are increasing in Japan to animate and activate the rural cities. And it si becoming important to evaluate the attraction degree or impact of these facilities. So this report tries to compare the amusement facilities and it's activity. To research on amusement facilities we put importance on following 3 aspects. 1) Research on comparison of attraction faculty of amusement facilities. 2) Method of measuring the assemblong element. 3) Research on environmental and economical influence of amusement facilities.

The objective of this report is to study on relationship and network of functions in the surrounding area of amusement facilities. For the fundamental study of functions in the urban area network, we studied the basic data of economical and environmental circumstances. And to activate and animate the sourroundings area, we found it important to survey the railway and road network, and other functions. We evaluated the transportation, holes, convention centers and other activities, and researched wheter the infrastructures are enough for these amusement facilities. We put importance on the following items. 1) Research on transportation influence of amusement facilities. 2) Network of land use planning relationship and functions. 3) Impact study model in the wide area.

After recession, economic environment is becoming severe. So prediction of customer's entry number and to grasp their demand are very important for the planning of amusement facilities . This report tries to research on Demand and supply model and the attraction degree of amusement facilities. To research on theory of the prediction of customer's entry we put importance on the following 3 aspects. 1) Demand and supply model of facilities. 2) Reseach on attraction degree of amusement facilities. 3) Method of making the prediction model from the standpoint of urban economc view and human behaviour side.
