The authors’ group has been developed AI-based Online Consensus Building Support System called COLLAGREE and used around our university since 2010. The goal of our research is to spread this system to other local governments. However, new technology which directly concerns to society might make a conflict with current society. This problem has been commonly known as ELSI. In this paper, we analyzed our past experiments by using our system, developed the reason of success, and ELSI problems that need to solve. To achieve this purpose, we launched ELSI Committee on December 2017. Our approach should be useful for other AI-based systems, when researcher has been conscious on ELSI issue.

This article describes innovations in tourism information systems and their changing after the Internet technologies have appeared. Airline companies in United States started to provide computer reservation system to be made air ticket reservation and to be confirmed their seats in the aircraft. These systems were provided to travel agency to help their business. After around 2000, as the Internet develops, the tourism information systems have been becoming an increasingly development for B2C. Recent research contributions are including innovative user support; user preferences on the web can be analyzed by data mining technology; and the system make a travel plan based on users' preferences.

小・中学校における理科学習において,学習対象物を手にする事はあるが,その性質や関連する現象を直接的に観察する機会は少ない.また,実物に触れる僅かな機会があっても,それがその性質を知るための方法とは限らない.本論文では,定性推論を用いた定性モデルと簡単なシミュレータを作成し,岩石ごとの排水率を設定する事で排水率に基づいた定性値を出力させる.作成するシミュレータは,主に大雨がその土地に影響を与える度合いを対象にシミュレーションを行う.このシミュレータは,岩石ごとに半減期を利用した排水率を設定し,それに基づいて定性値を導き出すため,岩石の性質に関して,理科学習に利用できる.また,定性推論を用いて定量値を単純化させるため,作成するシミュレータは学習者にとって比較的簡単に扱う事ができ,通常の学習と併用する事で学習効率を上げる事ができる.
