これまでVR環境を構築するためには多大なコストとスペースを要<br />するため学校教育の場に導入することは非常に困難であった。しか<br />し、近年では簡易にVR環境を構築するための環境が整いつつあり教<br />育現場への導入が現実的になってきたが、まだその導入事例は少な<br />い。<br /> そこで本研究では、巻き取り式のVRスクリーンを用いたものとHM<br />Dを用いた簡易のVR学習環境をそれぞれ構築し、学習者自身の視点と<br />自身を俯瞰するような視点の異なる視点で利用できるVR教材を開発<br />した。評価においては、デバイスと視点の違いをそれぞれ組み合わ<br />せた異なるVR学習環境における学習効果の差異の検証を多角的に行う。

This paper aims to examine the significance of business ethics research focusing on individuals in organization. In recent years, with the rapid progress of globalization and technological innovation, the influence of a human being is larger than before. In view of this point, it can be said that there is a limit in preventing organization scandals only by the conventional business ethics framework. Based on this understanding, this paper first conforms the contents of conventional norm ethics approach, in particular deontology and utilitarianism, and try to find these problems. In addition, by adding the viewpoint of virtue ethics, we will assert the importance of business ethics research focusing on acting entity rather than act.

Today, Work Style Reform is being promoted in Japan, and companies are proceeding with labor management in accordance with law amendments. It is mainly institutional efforts such as reducing working hours and remote work. On the other hand, it has been pointed out that the worth doing of work, such as the fun, satisfaction, happiness, and meaning of working, has been left behind, and companies are also under pressure to respond. Under such circumstances, companies seem to lose sight of the essence of human labor and the direction in which organizations should go. However, in the light of the roots of why humans work, it is considered that the standpoint on which companies should be based is fixed by nature. Therefore, this paper first reviewed the significance of labor to the human being. Then, the challenges facing the current Japanese economy and society were elucidated, and the blind spots hidden in the Work Style Reform as a solution of those problems were revealed. After that, what is really required for corporate organization reform was considered, and the normative policy of corporate organizations and labor were presented.

近年,建設投資の減少による建設業界の過当競争を問題視して産業保護の目的から全国で最低制限価格を引き上げた結果,くじ引き入札が多発し,入札の意義が問われている.本研究は,オークション理論を通して最低制限価格の運用に対する政策的含意を与えることを目的とした.予定価格,最低制限価格を周知した対称入札について均衡解を示し,最低制限価格の引き上げが技術力の優劣に正逆する恩恵を施すという副作用を示した上で,比較対象として入札者の技術水準の反映が極度に非効率的なメカニズムを提示し,現行の施策がこれに劣ることを示した.また,(1) 非対称入札への拡張によって技術力の劣る企業ほど薄利で入札すること,(2) 最低制限価格の事前公表がない場合をモデル化し,ある条件の下では上記の歪んだ恩恵配分が依然として存在することを示した.

ツキノワグマUrsus thibetanusは,神奈川県レッドリストにおいて絶滅危惧I類に指定されている.本研究では,これまで体系的な調査が行われてこなかった神奈川県南西部におけるツキノワグマの生息状況を明らかにするために,箱根町と湯河原町の境界周辺に位置する玉川大学箱根自然観察林において自動撮影カメラを用いた調査(2,122カメラ日)を実施した.2017年の5月から10月にかけて15地点に自動撮影カメラを設置した結果,6地点でツキノワグマが延べ10回撮影された(撮影頻度0.47/100カメラ日).1945年以降に,箱根町南部や湯河原町においてツキノワグマの確実な生息が確認されたのは本研究が初めてである.撮影月についてみると,5月と8月を除く複数月で撮影された.また,体の特徴から個体識別を行った結果,少なくとも3個体が本地域に生息していたと推測された.これらの結果から,本地域にツキノワグマが恒常的に生息している可能性は高いと考えられる.今後,神奈川県のツキノワグマの保護管理を適切に実施していくためには,箱根町から湯河原町にかけても保護管理の対象とし,個体数や分布に関する継続的なモニタリングを実施していくことが求められる.
