東京都の産業構造は,日本の本社の約50%が集中し,その本社に必要な対事業所サービス,金融・保険等のサービス化が進んでいる。また本社の就業者は135万人に達する。そして本社活動,サービス,財の生産に,毎日通勤者として都外から250万人流入し従事している。このように他の地域とはきわめて異なる東京経済を,雇用と本社活動の面から分析し,東京一極集中の分析視点からの試論として,本社移転のシミュレーションを行なった。経済効率の点からは,本社移転は非効率的である。

資料中国遼寧省瀋陽市康平県で実施中の植林事業は,2009年12月4日付けで京都議定書に基づくクリーン開発メカニズム(CDM)プロジェクトとして,日本政府より承認を受けた。本稿では,かねてより砂漠化防止対策として実施中の植林プロジェクトの経緯・概要・CDM 事業化へ向けての手続き・今後の展望について紹介を行う。本プロジェクトは,日本政府が承認した,大学が実施する初めての植林CDM プロジェクトであることから,植林CDM フレームの学際的普及に努め,地球に負荷を与えない研究・教育の推進として役割を果たしていく予定である。Japanese Government approved the project Small-scale Afforestation for Desertification Combating at Kangping County, Liaoning Province China which Keio University has been promoting under the Kyoto Protocol on 4th Dec in 2009.In this thesis, we intend to introduce the outline of this project, procedure to CDM approval by Executive Board, and views in the future of this Afforestation project in China.This is the first Afforestation project among Japanese university which has been admitted by Japanese Government.So this project is expected to value on the importance role of Afforestation CDM project to academic world, and will lead to the enviromental research and educational promotion which will affect favorable effects on the earth.
