本研究は、フィードバック頻度と注意の向け方が運動習得にどのように影響するかを調べるために、スポーツ課題であるサッカーの的当て課題を用いて、経験者と初心者を対象とし比較した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1)練習試行において、経験者は注意の向け方に関わらず、1日目から3日目にかけて平均得点が向上した。External Focus(身体外部への注意)群の初心者は3日目に平均得点が向上したが、Internal Focus(身体への注意)群の初心者は3日間で平均得点が向上しなかった。2)保持テストにおいて、経験者と初心者の両方でExternal Focus群はInternal Focus群よりも平均得点が高かった。3)練習試行においても、保持テストにおいても、フィードバック頻度の違いはみられなかった。

This study intended to clarify the relationships between the change of track and field record and learned helplessness. In this study one's perception that track and field record is not improving or declining instead of effortfull training is equivalent to perception of responseoutcome noncontigency in learned helplessness theory. The questionnaire was constructed according to the model of reformulated LH theory by Abramson et al and adapted for track and field athletes from questionnaire by Hosaka et al. The subjects were five hundred and seventy-seven college athletes (male n = 401, female n=176). All of them were athletes who had experience track and field not less than three years. The data were analysed by the 2 (perception of contigency and positive future expectation: perception of noncontigency and negative future expectation) X 2 ( attribution to internal and stable factor: attribution to the other factors) X 2 ( sex) ANOVA. The main results are as follows: 1. The athletes who perceived their own record change as not improving or declining ( noncontigent) and had negative future expectation showed lower intrinsic motivation for track and field, lower athletic motivation and higher helplessness in personality than athletes who perceived their own record change as improving( contigent) and had positive future expectation. 2. The athletes who attributed the cause of their record change to internal and stable factor seemed to show higher intrinsic motivation for track and field than athletes who attributud it to the other factors.

The purpose of this study was to explore the best structure of practice variability in the motor learning. The task was to reproduct the angle. The number of training trials was 24. Test was composed to a criterion test ant two transfer tests. One of the transter tests was easire test than criterion test, and the other was more dificult test. The results were as follow: 1) In criterion test, practice variability group in all training trials was superior to others. 2 ) In easier transfer test, the orderly practice variability group was superior to constant practice group and non-orderly practice variability group. 3 ) In more difficult transfer test, the orderly practice variability group was not sunerior to others.
