本研究では, 婦人雑誌『婦人之友』を資料として, 第二次世界大戦後の1946年から2021年における, 住まいや住生活, 住まいに係わる家計や家事に関する記事を抽出して, その中で住居管理に関する記事に着目し, 記事内容から住居管理の変遷を検討した. その結果, 住まいに関わる記事のうち, 住居管理に関することは時代を問わずコンスタントに掲載されていた. 具体的には, 掃除・清掃, 整理整頓, 補修・修繕, 衛生・清潔に関することが多かった. 戦後の急激な経済成長の中で, 従来からの住生活の見直し, 椅子座や集合住宅居住など新しい生活様式や家電製品などを取り入れながら, 住居管理は従来の方法に加えて新しい生活様式に応えるように繰り返し情報が出されており, それを必要とする生活者が多くいたことが明らかとなった. 戦後のモノ, 住宅不足から住宅取得への住宅に対する生活者の熱い思いが, 管理行動にも映し出される一方で, その対象は段々と住宅内部の狭い範囲に移っていた.

In this study, the author examined the infirmary of an elementary school and considered that, in the context of an educational setting, there should be a strong perception of the infirmary as a life space for children and pupils and that the infirmary should be refurbished in order to achieve this purpose. I surveyed some elementary school infirmaries because elementary schools have pupils in six grades, and children have diverse needs. I also examined a case in which a school nurse renovated the infirmary under her own initiative, so that the space could accommodate the multi-faceted roles required of the space. One of the objectives of my study was to obtain basic knowledge that would help us define the ideal infirmary, where children who come to the space are able to relax and leave feeling content. I therefore renovated an infirmary on an experimental basis, and conducted a study. Specifically, I changed the layout of the furniture in the room to divide the room into several spaces. I brought in wooden furniture and added wooden interior decorations. I also examined their effects.   As a result of these renovations, I was able to set up zones in the infirmary, and children who came to the room were able to freely use the space for any purpose, and they could divide the space any way they wanted to. I received largely positive feedback from children who visited the infirmary concerning the environment in the room, the situation in the infirmary, and how they felt while in the infirmary. Additionally, by using wooden furniture and wooden interior decorations, I had a sense that the children who came to the infirmary were able to relax, and feel less constrained.

【目的】1961年にわが国初のニュータウンとして開発が始まった千里ニュータウンでは、1962年より入居が始まった。近年、居住者の高齢化が急速に進み、戸建て住宅の空き家化が進行してきている。本報では、ニュータウン周辺の集合住宅居住者を対象として、ニュータウン内の戸建て住宅への住み替えの可能性を探った。【方法】千里ニュータウン周辺の阪急宝塚線豊中駅、石橋駅から徒歩15分圏内の3LDK程度の家族向け集合住宅の居住者を対象として、住み替えに対する意識や考えについてアンケート調査を行った。有効回答数は79であった。【結果】回答者の平均年齢は50歳であり、住宅の平均延床面積は80m<SUP>2</SUP>であり、間取りは3LDKが多い。所有形態は分譲が75%、賃貸が20%であり、居住年数は平均7年であった。現在の住まいについて、通勤や通学、買い物などの利便性や手頃な広さや落ち着いた環境を評価している。住み替えへの関心は高くなく、近い将来住み替えを考えている世帯は3割程度であり、乳幼児や小学生の子どものいる世帯であった。住み替え先として現在と同じ生活圏で、床面積がやや広い分譲戸建て住宅への希望が高い。千里ニュータウンは巨大な、古い昔の住宅街と捉えられていて、あまり良いイメージを持たれていない。定期借家制度による戸建て住宅の期限付き賃借について利用希望は低く、子育て期の世帯でのみその可能性がみられた。しかし、ニュータウン内の戸建て住宅へというよりも庭付き戸建て住宅への住み替えという意識が強いことがわかった。ニュータウンへの魅力が低下している現在、若い世帯がニュータウン内の戸建て住宅へ住み替えるためには、子育て支援の充実や家賃面での検討が求められる。

本研究は、高齢者の在宅生活を地域の住民活動がサポートし得るのか、その可能性について検討し、在宅生活を支える地域における生活支援システムの構築について考察することを目的としている。調査対象地域は歴史的街道を有し、住民主体のまちづくり活動を行っている。住民たちはまちづくり活動を通して地域に対する理解や愛着を深め、地域の問題に関心を持ち、問題解決に取り組みたいと考えるようになっている人が多いことから、まちづくり活動が助け合い活動につながる関係構築に寄与しているといえる。
