放射線発がんにおける点突然変異誘発機構を明らかにするために、損傷乗り越えDNA合成機構で中心的役割をもつRev1に着目をした。Rev1 の機能を欠失させた遺伝子改変マウスを用いることで、損傷乗り越え DNA 合成機構による突然変異誘発が発がんに及ぼす寄与について検討を行った。

最新の突然変異誘発機構の研究成果を応用して、低線量放射線被ばくに対する分子レベルの生物線量計の開発を試みた。生物線量計として、突然変異を誘発する Rev1 トランスジェニックマウスとヒト家族性大腸腺腫症のモデルマウスを交配した F1 マウスを使用した。その結果、F1 マウスは、自然誘発がんのみならず、放射線誘発がんを高頻度に発症した。このマウスを使うことで放射線発がんリスクを評価できる可能性があると考える。

The purpose of this study was to identify the types of touch and to describe the meaning of touch in the context. The subjects were 3 cancer patients and 10 nurses in the palliative care unit. The data was collected from the participant observation of patients and nurse in the care unit, semi-structured interview to the nurse about the scene, which a touch arose in. These data were analyzed by the qualitative and inductive approach. The findings were as follows. 1. The touch was classified by eight types; 'the touch which aimed at the working', 'the touch for the confirmation', 'the touch to give a comfort', 'The touch to keep safety', 'the touch to support patient's independence', 'the touch of sign', 'the touch reaches to feeling', 'the touch, instead of the word'. 2.
