Das japanisch Ausbildungssystem der Fußball Trainer ahmt das deutsche Ausbildungssystem nach. Viele japanische Fußballspieler betätigen sich in der Bundesliga. Deutschland ist auch ein beliebtes Trainingsland für japanische Fußball Trainer. Hingegen ahmte das japanische Ausbildungssystem der Fußball Shiedsrichter, das deutsche Ausbildungssystem nicht nach. Warum hat Japan das deutsche Ausbildungssystem hier nicht nachgeahmt? Der Zweck dieses Aufsatz ist, die Erforschung dieser frage in anbetracht meiner Erfahrungen in Deutschland.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the true sense and background of our school motto, "Pursuing to be an engineer of integrity (Gijutsusha de aru mae ni Ningen de are)". To achieve this purpose, we will take following two measures: firstly, analyzing the result of questionnaires about the motto to our students; and deciphering the principal's address on our school opening ceremony in 1965 with the concept of "Man of Science" by Thomas Huxley and the theory of "I and Thou" by Martin Buber.

This paper reports fundamental study on performance degradation, caused by solid catalyst, of 60wt% hydrogen peroxide thruster for small satellites. The chemical in-space propulsion system, with 60wt% hydrogen peroxide, has been proposed and developed based on three policies, safety first, border free, and effective COTS. Platinum based metal honeycomb solid catalyst has been installed to BBM of thruster, and the solid catalyst is one of cause to limit lifetime of the thruster. In this study, to understand degradation, comparison between observation results of solid catalyst surface by FE-SEM/EDS and thruster performance has been conducted. Small cracks have been observed on upstream surface. The evident growth of cracks has not been found; however, instability of response time has been confirmed.

As a result of the research, the insect with fast passing speeds such as cockroaches and ants is clear moving by alternation tripod walk. It is not influenced and it is possible to walk even in the place where ground is uneven because three legs of six legs contact the ground in turn, and there is center of gravity of the body in a triangular inside. This paper describes the mechanism and the control of the alternation tripod walk movement body which was produced, and the experiment that changed the walking patterns by the control program.

ブーメランの形は「へ」の字型が最もよく知られているが,理論計算から,この形状はブーメランの旋回性能にとっては,必ずしも最上ではないことがわかった。最も安定した飛行をするのは,十字型4枚羽根であることを解析的に明らかにすることが出来た。

後期中等教育と高等教育の両方を包含する教育機関である高等専門学校では、クラス担任の仕事には高等学校と大学の両方の担任に課せられる仕事が含まれる。専門学科の担任はそれらをうまく融合しながら業務をこなす必要がある。担任の業務が成文化していないため担任は手探りであり失敗しやすい。そのため、担任の業務を経時的に示したカレンダー的なものを作製した。また、担任業務の工学教育における役割で重要なものは勇気付けと動機付けであり、これらは教員の専門における自己研鑽がなければあまり有効でないと考えられる。
