Artistic expressions have always been a communication tool of one's protest, andamong those, creating and singing songs can be considered as one of the importantelements. Thus in actual Japan, in the growing civil movement of anti-nuclear powerplant that emerged after the severe accidents of 2011 in Fukushima, the artists stand upin creating and singing their anti-nuclear opinion.The present study will take one example among these songs: "Zutto uso datta" ("Beentelling a lie all the time"), a parody of the same author's famous song: "Zutto suki datta"(Been loving you all the time), created and sung by a Japanese rock singer, KazuyoshiSaito (1966- ).Analysis of this Japanese song will be based on those made of the 1960s anti-warsongs of Vietnam as an object of comparison. In the existing literature, Yoshii analyzedTrinh Cong Son's creation, a famous Vietnamese musician in 1960s, it attempted touniversal success in describing everyday scenes in wartime Vietnam and letting a civilshout his/her feeling (Yoshii, 2004).Though it is only a parody and not a new creation, the success of Saito's 2011creation can also be explained by its characteristic of "letting a civil to shout his/herfeeling".

日中关系在历史上不能说是经常一帆风顺的。日本对中国还保持着原有的自己近代化相当先进的观念。中国在经济发展以前对日本怀有憧憬的观念随着中国的经济发展渐渐减少,有和美国平起平坐的思想。日本媒体特别是电视报告和电视解说人员很大地影响到日本的中国観。所以我们现在再一次从历史上了解古今日本的中国観很有意义。本研究从比较文化学的观点考察日本明治时代的中国観。

卢斯・本尼迪克特的(1948)《菊子和刀子 日本文化面面观》出版后经过了近七十年了。这本书本来是在第二次世界大战后美国怎样处理统治日本这个问题的政策下研究日本的。本尼迪克特当时生在战争时期,她没有踏上日本的土地,可是她作为诗人有敏锐的直觉,也有看透本质的力量。她的《菊子和刀子 日本文化面面观》今后作为日本论、比较文化论的名著仍将拥有广泛的读者。本研究从比较文化学的观点来考察《菊子和刀子 日本文化面面观》的从第一章到第六章的内容。

It is frequently difficult for Chinese and Korean learners of Japanese to acquireperception and pronunciation of Japanese voiced/unvoiced plosives. This studyinvestigated perception and plosive acquisition by Beijing, / Shanghai and Seouldialect speakers utilizing VOT analysis.All three subjects found it difficult to produce vocal cord vibration while attempting to pronounce Japanese voiced plosives because their L I doesn't havevoiced plosives. This was observed even though they can perceive the Japanese voicedplosives as "a new sound".Further, in perception, the Beijing / Shanghai dialect speakers experiencedsimilar-sound confusion between their L 1 voiceless unaspirated plosives and Japanesevoiceless plosives. In the case of Seoul dialect speakers they confused the voicelessJapanese plosives with the L I lax plosives as a similar sound in L 2.In production however, the Beijing/Shanghai dialect speakers experienced similar sound confusion between their L 1 voiceless unaspirated plosives andJapanese voicedplosives. In the case of Seoul dialect speaker's production, they confused the voiced Japanese plosives with the L 1 lax plosives as a similar sound in L 2.Finally, the Beijing / Shanghai dialect speakers were confused by word-middle andword-final positions. On the other hand, the Seoul dialect learners were confused at the word initial position, and experienced confusion of pitch pattern caused by L 1interference. The study revealed the resemblances and differences in the acquisition and the teaching of Japanese plosives and the mechanism of the confusion experienced in the Japanese plosive acquisition.

本稿在第二章以日语和汉语表现上的差异为中心进行阐述。在第三章对于以日语为母语的汉语学习者在学习过程中产生的误用现象分四种情况进行了分析。第一, 日语表现和汉语表现的对应。第二, 在汉语中为直接表现, 相对应的日语却为间接表现时所产生的误用。第三, 在日语中为直接表现, 相对应的汉语却为间接表现时所产生的误用。第四, 在日语中表现手法恰当, 但在汉语中却不恰当的误用。

In Japan, child abuse problem is considered as one of the most serious childrenrelated social problems.In this study, I aim to highlight government’s measures against the problem andconsider the possibility for Japanese civil society to contribute to its resolution.The research field is fixed at Osaka. Both states run organizations and civil societyorganizations specialized in care and prevention of child abuse are visited andinvestigated. Interview to ex-civil officer also is realized.Both in states run organizations and those of civil society, there is serious shortagein manpower, due to lack of running budget. The civil society activists are intenselyengaged to run after the children needs and very few of them try to advocategovernment policy for child abuse.Japanese civil society should take more political power in order to improvegovernment policy on the problem of child abuse.

2010 年9 月7 日上午发生了钓鱼岛渔船事件。在这个事件中我们一点儿也看不到邓小平提出的将钓鱼岛问题暂时搁置、留给后人解决的明智提案的影子。日本政府以司法权介入行政权的非常奇妙的"决定"释放该渔船船长。这个事件显示日中之间政治上没有得力的斡旋者,还使人感到掌握政权的政党变换促发了事件。本考察以在日本出版的有关中国的书籍为资料,在关注上述事件造成的现状的同时,考察、分析和探明现在日本的中国观。

This report concerns the results and possible future activities regarding the singing contest organized as part of the lnternational Week held by Mie University. The Singing Contest in Foreign Languages is an event where foreign students and Japanese students vie with each other singing in a language other than their native language.By setting the condition that all participants must sing in a language other than their own, this contest ensured that Japanese students and foreign students participated on an equal footing.The participants' countries of origin were Japan (4), China (3), Korea (2), Vietnam (2), Malaysia (1), Thailand (1), and the languages of the songs were Japanese(9), English (2), Italian(1), Galician (1). All foreign students sang in Japanese.Japanese students and foreign students participated in the contest even from thepreparation stages, performing almost all activities other than the judging of thecontest, such as the preparation of the sound systems and others. Judging from the questionnaires received from the participants, there are aspects that could be improved for the future, but the event was an overall success.

日本前首相小泉2006年8月15日参拜了靖国神社,这使得日中关系最恶化。继小泉成为日本首相的安倍首相关于参拜靖国神社以不表明去不去参拜的姿势暴露出来他自己含糊两可的特征。安倍首相成为首相不到一年而引咎辞职。有关中国的日本报道2007年春天以后,坏消息比较多,比如侵害知识产权、农药蔬菜的汚染等等。2007年春天温家宝总理来访问日本,可是效果不大。日本和中国之间还有很深的隔阂。为了日中友好和日中人民互相了解,恳切希望这个报告能做出积极贡献。

The 2nd open-class workshop was held on July 12, 2005. This is the report on itsmain contents and results of a questionnaire asking participants for comments about it. The workshop was held at the strong request of local people supporting Japaneselanguage education. Specifically, one basic level Japanese class ( 1 unit, 90-min.) at theCenter for International Students, Mie University,which the writer of this report is incharge of, was open to the applicants (hereafter referred to as "participants"). In orderto make the class more meaningful for participants, 50-min. "preliminary briefing" and55-min."workshop on the class" were provided before and after the class respectively. At the end of "the workshop on the class", a questionnaire was conducted,asking participants for comments. Results showed high satisfaction of participants'expectations about the class, good evaluations of both "the preliminary briefing" and"the workshop on the class" and much demand for further workshops of this kind.

Practical Japanese Language Teaching Sessions I & II were delivered by the Center for International Education and Research (CIER) in 2007. This Report focuses on the "Practical Japanese Language Teaching Session II"on August 22/23, 2007. "Practical Japanese Language Teaching II" subtitled "Summer Homework Helpers : Leaning Support Using the First Language of Foreign Learners". This project was delivered under the auspices of Suzuka and Matsuzaka City Board of Education. The project aimed to provide children of foreign origin with an opportunity to consider the life of foreign students who visited Japan from distant places to study Japanese, the importance of learning, and their own future in Japan. We were accompanied by 10 foreign students from our university, and visited Sakurajima Elementary School in Suzuka City on August 22nd, 2007 and the Rinpokan building in Matsuzaka City on August 23rd, 2007. The foreign students taught mathematics and gave summer homework help as well as played games originating in their home countries with the children. The foreign students used their first languages; Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog and Chinese so that the children could understand easily. The two days were meaningful learning experience for both the children and the university students. The project also enjoyed popularity among the elementary school teachers who participated.
