Molecular phylogenetic analyses were conducted for Anodonta individuals from Okumikawa, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Mitochondrial DNA sequences of these individuals were nearly identical to those of Buldowskia shadini that occurs from the Amur River basin in Russia, northeastern China, and Mongolia (Buir Lake) to South Korea. This is probably the first record of the species from Japan.

Molecular phylogenetic analyses using mitochondrial COI gene sequences showed that Anodonta individuals from Nagoya and Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture and Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture belong to Buldowskia shadini (Moskvicheva, 1973), proposing a new Japanese name “Yahazu-Numagai” for this species. This study raises the possibility that B. shadini individuals in various parts of Japan have been misidentified as Anemina arcaeformis (Heude, 1877) based on shell morphology.

Educator sexual misconducts are problematic issues also in Japan. To clarify educator sexual misconducts to adults in Japan, text mining was conducted on text data of 608 news articles. Cluster analysis extracted seven types/subtypes of sexual misconduct: (1) camera/video voyeurism (indoor), (2) camera/video voyeurism (upskirting), (3) sexual exhibitionism, (4) pervasive sexual contact (outdoor), (5) pervasive sexual contact to other educators, (6) stalking, (7) trespassing and/or stealing underwear. Correspondent analysis found four dimensions: (1) visual orientation/subjectivity (voyeurism-exhibitionism), (2) physical closeness, (3) indoor-outdoor, (4) relational closeness. Further analysis revealed that using mobile devices was associated with voyeurism and stalking and drinking alcohol with pervasive sexual contacts. These results suggested that conduct rules for educators and candidates should be re-recognized through interventions and educations.

In light of the current situation regarding poverty in Japan, this paper examines how poverty affects child development and how everyday life experiences during infancy should be guaranteed in order to correct the effects of poverty. Currently, Japanese citizens are beginning to become aware that there is an issue in that Japan is a poor society. If the child poverty issue is considered from the viewpoint of child development, social exclusion is considered to be an issue. Important development during infancy is impeded as a result of being unable to participate in society owing to poverty, and being excluded from interactions with others. Poverty measures for children also require economic support for children's everyday lives so that they will not be subjected to social exclusion. As support at childcare centers, etc., relationship building for guardians is necessary in order not to exclude the children's guardians from social networks. This paper also considers the fact that for children, it is important to guarantee development during infancy sufficiently.

In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey and an interview survey of 17 nurses in order to clarify the work improvement effect and burden of caregivers who use the silhouette watching sensor, which is a nursing robot. As a result, it has become possible to visit the room efficiently by visualizing the medical treatment situation. And It was suggested that there was a work improvement effect such as being able to provide relationships with non-restrained patients, and that the burden of nursing care for nurses was reduced by converting to effective fall prevention measures.

To clarify educator sexual misconducts in Japan, text mining was conducted on text data of 288 news articles. Multi-dimensional scaling and correspondence analysis revealed that educator sexual misconducts were classified into five themes: (1) child prostitution, (2) sexual intercourse, (3) invasive sexual contact, (4) camera/video voyeurism and (5) nude selfie, which were placed into two dimensions: grade and relationship. Further analysis suggested that these results might be useful on abuse preventive education for educators and candidates.
