On this essay, I research Laski's concepts of "the revolution by consent" and "the planned democracy" in 1940's, that is fourth stage of his political thought. These concepts are contrived in his considering of Russian-Marxisum and Fascism. And I want to make reference to his ideas of liberty and equality in connection with those concepts. In conclusion, I would trace what Laski investigated continuously and wanted to realize in British politics during the war and after the war.

On this essay, I research Mosley's political group of 'Union Movement'. First I consider a social background of this group being. Next I consider contents of this group's actions. Especialy about the political line of it, events of racial discrimination, some reasons of its failure. And I consider the other groups around 'Union Movement'. Finally I make it clear that Mosley's political thought being characterised has limits its possibility.
