8 0 0 0 OA 大規模離島インフルエンザ発症登録システムの活用による学童の流行期生活行動変容効果
本研究は,(1)学区内の地域住民のインフルエンザ発症率と学童の発症率は強い正の相関を示すこと,(2)児のワクチン接種及び「こまめな手洗い」には発症予防効果が認められるが,「マスク着用」は発症リスクを増加させること,(3)情報提供シートのみの行動変容介入は十分ではないことを明らかにした。学童の発症予防は地域の流行制御対策の核であり,予防行動の実施促進に向けたより効果的な介入方法が必要と考えられた。なお,3日以上の学級閉鎖(学年・学校閉鎖を含む)は当該学区における閉鎖後の学童の発症率抑制効果が認められたが,地域住民の発症率抑制効果は認められなかった。

Oji Engineering Co., Ltd is a company, supporting engineering works at paper product of Oji Paper Co., Ltd. In June 2002, Oji Engineering have presented new system, to control power station facilities for grade up, to Oji Paper. The system has some new information technologies like network, database, and this project is great step up for Oji Engineering. So, Oji Engineering offered to develop this system with cooperative, to Department of Computer Science and Engineering. We accepted this offer, have developed with Oji Engineering, and have completed this new system. We report about this project on this paper.
