Antimicrobial ability of Cu contained stainless steels was investigated. Antimicrobial ability increased with elute fraction of Cu ion from stainless steel surface into antimicrobial test medium. It is necessary to promote eluting fraction of Cu ion, that is, to achieve giving antimicrobial ability to Cu contained stainless steel that sub-micron order or larger size ε-Cu phases are dispersed in stainless steel, surface of stainless steel has high electrode potential and dissolved oxygen exist in the test medium.

本研究は実際に顕在化した事故のみならず潜在的な事故 (ニアミス) のデータを収集し分析することにより, 近年増加傾向にある高齢者事故の減少に役立てられることを明らかにすることを目的とする. 福井県を対象地域として調査分析を行った結果, 顕在事故と潜在事故との間に関連性が認められたこと (基準連関妥当性), 運転者の意識と解読者の判定との相違点が事故分析に有効であること (構成概念妥当性) が検証された. 高齢者事故の典型ケースとして, 顕在・潜在いずれの事故データからも無信号交差点での出合頭事故が抽出された. 高齢者事故の減少には, 安全意識の向上策のみならず, 運転者がヒューマン・エラーを犯し難い交通環境の整備改善も必要である.

This study aims to clarify urban environmental problems accompanied with rapid economic development, in Hangzhou City on coastal area of China, based on three aspect's analysis of environmental feature, environmental policy system and resident's awareness. The conclusions are as follows: 1) Urban environmental problems are becoming more complex than before, so now traffic, industry and building activity are being main pollution sources that affect whole area of the city. 2) Though local environmental policy system is being set up by each local government, there are still less sufficiency in correspondence with activities of traffic, urban development, and resident living throughout the city. Finally, 3) the study points out the issues of urban environmental administration from the viewpoint of government and resident' roles.

This paper aims to grasp and evaluate the present condition of the main streets in central Taipei City that was once under the occupation of japan. At frrst,the way of utilization, the structure and so on of each street are investigated by the field surveys. Then, the streets are evaluated from the viewpoints of safety,smoothness,scenery,location etc. based on japanese and Taiwanese students' consciousness. As the results, it is made clear that japanese students tend to regard "location" as more important factor and Taiwanese students tend to regard "safety" as more important factor in the evaluation of the streets.

本研究は, 2年余りの運行休止を経て「えちぜん鉄道」として運行再開した地方鉄道に焦点を当て, 鉄道の運行休止・再開が地域にもたらした影響・効果を把握すること, それらを踏まえて今後の利用促進の検討に資する知見を得ることを目的としたものである. 利用者および沿線住民アンケート調査結果にもとづき, 鉄道の運行有一無一有の3つの状況下における人々の交通行動・生活活動, 意識面の変化について分析した結果, 交通手段選択だけでなく, それを通して生活活動面にも多大な影響を及ぼしたこと, 利用者のみならず非利用者に対しても送迎機会の増減や心理面的負荷の増減といった面で影響を及ぼしたこと等を明らかにするとともに, 今後の利用促進に向けてのいくつかの提案を行っている.
