London Borough of Tower Hamlets has successfully renewed local public libraries as Idea Stores. This research focuses on UK library policies, London spatial plan and Tower Hamlets's community plan, and aims to make clear of progress of reorganization of public library in Tower Hamlets, which corresponds to the local problems and needs.<br> It turns out that Tower Hamlets Council relocated the libraries according to the London Plan and local development framework. Besides, it expands library service based on Central Government's library polices as well as Tower Hamlets Community Plan. These policies, especially local government's plan, provide important context for refreshing Tower Hamlets's libraries.

本稿では,サラヤ株式会社の事例研究を通じて,企業がどのように社会から正統性を獲得しつつ,合目的的な活動としてCSRを行うかについて考察する.また,制度的実践理論を用いて,企業が関係的実践,実質的実践,象徴的実践を組み合わせ,外部関係者と共に社会問題解決活動に参加し,それを事業活動へ統合することで,社会から正統性を獲得しつつ,企業の合目的的な活動として展開するCSRの制度化プロセスを示している.

This study focuses on the mutual use of space and joint activities in school facilities complexed with community centers and other facilities nationwide. It aims to clarify the relationship between the mutual use of space and collaborative activities , also the connection between facilities and the characteristics of the complex form. Among the 443 school facilities complexed with community centers and other facilities collected by the author, 81 cases responded to the questionnaire survey for the study. As results, five points were pointed out: the connection between facilities, the form of integration, physical circulation between facilities, zoning, and free space.

本論文では,一企業における新事業ドメインの展開に関する事例に基づいて,管理会計が戦略にどのような役割を果たすかを明らかにすることを目的とする。伝統的に,管理会計は戦略策定においては代替案の評価や,決定された戦略の有効かつ効率的な実行を支援するものとして考えられ,管理会計は戦略に対して受動的な役割を果たすと認識されてきた。しかし,近年における研究では,「戦略化」という名のもとに,管理会計が戦略的決定を引き起こしたり,戦略の具体的展開を導くような,管理会計のより能動的な役割が主張されている。本研究における事例においても,管理会計のこのような側面が観察された。管理会計は,外部環境の変化が生じたときに,それを組織員に意識させ,戦略的活動を引き起こす文脈として作用し,また,戦略の具体的展開のための枠組みを提供していた。さらに,本研究は戦略化と管理会計の関係を考察する際に,エネーブリング・コントロール(Adler and Borys, 1996)の枠組みが,有用な視点を提供してくれることを明らかにした。
