This paper analyzes the transformation of the residence forms and the house improvement at "UONOTANA Shopping St." by comparing 1960 and the present. The residence forms are classified into "All family members remain", "Part of family members moved out", and "All family members moved out" in this paper. The main conclusions are as follows. 1) It is "All family members moved out" many of the types of the transformation of the residence forms. It occupies about the entire half. As for "Part of family members moved out" a little over 20%, "All family members remain" become a little less than 20%. 2) Most of the households of "All family members remain" and "Part of family members moved out" improve their residence environment by rebuilding. The enlargements of their residence scale enable them to continue living, and the enlarged scale of "All family members remain" is bigger that "Part of family members moved out". 3) The households of "Part of family members moved out" improve their residence environment by move out of child generation while continuing their store through parent generation continue living in house with store. 4) Most of the households of "All family members moved out" rent their land, and most of them move out to where adjacent to the central city area.

To facilitate the workshop as a place for cooperative learning is a technique to support dialogues among participants of the workshop.The results of research and analysis on participants' intrinsic motivation are as follows.1. Participants' intrinsic motivations are grown and their consciousness and ability to act are changed by supporting their dialogues with emphasis on their competency and autonomy.2. Nine learning activities are developed with respect to each of three layers in the learning steps. The more participants achieve learning activities, the more they grow and change in their consciousness and activities.

住宅が供給過多となり、人々の志向が持ち家に向かっている現代の日本社会において、民間の賃貸住宅経営者の経営状況は悪化する一方である。個人の経営者が多数所属する全国的な組織の組織概要や活動内容を把握し、現在彼らが置かれている状況を整理する。全体として、「空室対策」の活動が最も多く、古くからある小さな支部において、その状況を改善しようとする意識が強いことが把握できた。

This study aims to clarify the change of enterchange structure by commutation in local urban region in order to gain some useful information to the merger of municipalities at present. Therefore, we selected Fukui Urban Region as the subject of this study. The main conclusions are as follows. 1) In Fukui Urban Region, the commutation pattern of 25 peripheral municipalities in 1965, 1975, 1985 and 2000, can be divided into 5 series and 12 types. 2) From 1965 to 2000, the commutation relationship among municipalities has become strong gradually. In 2000 six small-interchange-regions can been seen. 3) The merger of municipalities within smalHnterchange-region is common in Fukui Urban Region.

For the increase of the civil consciousness and the ability to act as a citizen, it is important to develop the people’s independence by an intrinsic motivation, where it is essential that each person satisfies three psychological desires of ability, autonomy, and relation. The workshop adopting the trial program developed those desires and resulted in the increase of motivation and the change of willingness and action. Verifying the methodology of the workshop has shown an effective way to enhance citizens’ intrinsicness.

The purpose of this study is to understand what the actual situation of "the secret base playing". We also investigate how children grasp places and environment through the play. We divided an aspect of secret base into three types based on the writing of Masaki Ando. It is concluded that "the secret base playing" is a symbol of another-world such an un-dairy.
