血液透析患者の転倒リスクを予測するうえで有用な指標を明らかにする. 歩行可能な血液透析患者123例を対象に転倒の発生を主要アウトカムとする1年間の前向きコホートを実施した. 身体パフォーマンスに関する指標であるshort physical performance battery (SPPB), 筋力, 筋肉量に加え, 栄養状態の指標や透析に関連する指標の転倒に対するハザード比を算出した. 観察期間内に38名 (31%) が転倒し, 透析関連低血圧 (intra-dialytic hypotension : IDH) が独立した危険因子として抽出された (HR=2.66, p=0.01, Log rank test p=0.002). また, SPPB 7点以下は11点以上と比較して有意に転倒のリスクが高かった (HR=2.41, p=0.02, Log rank test p=0.021). IDHやSPPBの低下は透析患者の転倒リスクを予測するうえで有用な指標となることが明らかとなった.

ミツバチの集団的知性 (Collective Intelligence) の代表的な例として、巣内の蜂蜜需要量に応じた労働調整がある。明確な言語などの情報伝達なしに採蜜蜂が適切な労働調整を行う挙動は以前から注目されていたが、蜂蜜の必要量が巣のミツバチの個体数や季節、時間帯、そのときの貯蔵量など考慮すべき点が多く複雑なため今までモデル化が行われていない。本研究では、巣の中の限られた少数の貯蜜用空き巣穴を対象とし、採蜜蜂から受け取った蜜を貯蔵蜂が空き巣穴を探しあてて貯蔵する素過程に絞ってコンピュータシミュレーションした。本報告はこのモデルが現実の蜜蜂の採蜜・貯蜜行動の連携行動を表現するに有効であるということを示すものである。It is well known that labor quantity is controlled depending on amount of demanded honey as a typical example of a collective intelligence of honey bee. It has attracted attention long before this is conducted without any information media such as a language, but a modeling of this labor control has not been carried out because there are many complicated things to be considered. In this paper, for simplicity a few limited hoarding cells are treated and the thing simulated by a computer is restricted that a field workers has picks nectar from a flower, gives it to an inside bee and a latter see looks for and hoards to a cell

【目的】透析患者の運動能力低下に至る障害構造モデルを構築し転倒との関連を明らかにする。【方法】維持透析患者329 例に対し,背景因子の調査,身体機能と運動能力の測定を横断的に実施し,パス解析にて運動能力低下に至るモデルの適合度を検証した。また,同一患者に対して転倒の有無を前向きに追跡し,転倒に対する運動能力低下の危険性を検討した。【結果】高齢化,透析期間の長期化,炎症状態といった疾患背景が間接的に,また低栄養状態,筋肉量低下,筋力低下,歩行の動揺性を増大させ直接的に運動能力の低下に関与した(χ2 = 11.782,CMIN/DF = 0.982,GFI =0.99,CFI = 1.000,RMSEA < 0.001)。そして,運動能力低下は転倒の独立した危険因子であった。【結論】障害構造モデルの観測変数に着目することは,透析患者の理学療法臨床推論を進め転倒を予測するうえで有用と示唆された。

For improving the deep-drawability of sheet metal, it is necessary to possibly heighten the fracture force of the metal on the punch shoulder. In the square shell deep-drawing, it is vital to uniformize the stress distribution along a circumferential direction at the punch shoulder, as mentioned in the previous papers. In this paper, to clarify the conditions of uniformizing the stress distribution, various lubricants are applied to the punch head, using the punches with various corner radii. In the case of the smaller corner radii, the better lubricants improve markedly the drawabiity ; but in the case of the cylindrical punch, the inferior lubricants do so only slightly. The mechanisms are explained through the measurement of metal flow and thickness strain on the punch head.

In order to manufacture highly economical and competitive, not only development of high technology but also logistic system are required. In this research a delivery system which forms a part of a logistic system is optimized by multi-agent system. The main parts of this system are a depot agents group, a delivery truck agents group and a rule agents group. The depot agent grasps the situation of goods to be delivered and requests all truck agents to bring it. The latter agents reply the possibility of practicing the task to the former agent. Finally the depot agent decides the delivery method by using appropriate rules in the rule agents group. This sequence of processes are carried out autonomously.
