It is important to develop high performance insulation sash to reduce energy consumption in all over the world. Since energy is wasted as heat from window. Today, high thermal insulation performance window made from wood or resin has already been in widespread use in Europe. In this paper, we compare result from thermal insulation performance test of sash according to JIS A4710 with calculation about it with simulation software according to ISO 10077.

In this paper the authors investigated the fundamental data which were necessary for estimation of the optimum number of the fixtures in a lavatory of the multipurpose stadium. The sanitary fixture usage of soccer audiences in N-stadium of Gifu Pref. were surveyed actually by means of the electric methods. Then, the following results were obtained. 1) In the case of a lavatory for male, the waiting line generated in the half-break time. But in it for female, because the number of water closets was insufficient, the waiting line existed continually through the game. The length of moving line between the different sanitary fixtures was according to the lavatory layout. 2) The European style water closet for female was sometimes avoided. The occupated period of wash basin for female of soccer audience was longer than the other sports audience, in order to make up before and after games. 3) The ratio of female of audience was important to estimate the number of fixtures in a lavatory of stadium.

In this paper the authors investigated the fundamental data which were necessary for estimation of the optimum number of the fixtures in a lavatory of the single-purpose soccer stadium. The sanitary fixture usage of the audience of a pro-soccer game at a stadium-K were surveyed actually by means of the electric methods. The results are as follows. The number of men was same to female in audience. The waiting line of lavatory during the intermission had been left after the second half of the game had started, therefore some of audience had been disturbed to watch the game. Lack of the sanitary fixture in the female lavatory had caused waiting line during this investigation period. But the occupated period on each fixture was similar to the result of the previous investigation.

This paper focuses on how to reduce CO2 emissions regarding construction materials. We compared section by section the amount of CO2 emissions from the four different houses. Next, we made an improved plan that took away the first floor that was constructed with reinforced concrete, as well as the interior decorations which emitted less CO2 during their factory production. The following results were obtained.1) We determined which sections of the four houses had less construction waste. We determined which sections of the four houses emitted less CO2 during their production.2) The total amount of CO2 emissions per floor from construction materials is 318.8kg-CO2/m2~498.1kg-CO2/m2.3) The proposed countermeasure that took away the first floor reduced CO2 emissions by 15.7×103kg-CO2, a decrease of 30.4%.The proposed countermeasure that used the interior decorations, which emitted less CO2 during their factory production, reduced CO2 emissions by 5.1×103kg-CO2, a decrease of 9.9%.The countermeasure that the authors described in their improved plan reduced CO2 emissions by 20.8×103kg-CO2, a decrease of 40.3%.

The objective of this paper is to be clear the indispensable factors in the toilets primary and secondary schools through the children's way. The authors investigated the usage of fixtures in the toilets and carried out a questionnaire to the school children, who spent a few minutes in a toilet for many purposes. The following proposals have been presented. 1) To create an alcove in a toilet to promote the communication. 2) To provide a space where the children play in order to change the modes by themselves. 3) To offer a place where the children wait for their friends using fixtures. 4) To supply a shelf on which the belonging of the children are left in order to use fixtures.
