本研究では,セキュリティ対策に十分な費用を割くことが難しい組織が,効果的な対策を選定できることを目的とし,各種セキュリティガイドライン内で提言されている対策項目が,実際に発生したセキュリティインシデントの事例で有効であるかどうかの評価を行った.評価は,当該対策が施されていればセキュリティインシデント発生を防げていたかどうか,及び当該対策を施す難易度を踏まえて実施した.

本研究では、現代社会で最も脆弱な立場にある熱帯の小農の戦略の歴史について、主食バナナ栽培を共通項として比較し、それを元に、農民を含む地域の住民の食料主権のあり方について検討する。バナナは、アグリビジネス企業に寡占されるグローバル商品である一方、熱帯の重要な主食作物でもあるが、主食作物としてのバナナは、グローバリゼーションの中で周辺化されてきた。現在も、アフリカ、パプアニューギニア、東南アジア、中南米など世界各地の熱帯で重要な作物である。このようなバナナ生産地域における農民の戦略を比較することによって、農民の決定権と住民の食料主権のあり方について検討する。

Fatigue crack propagation tests of center-notched plates of lead-free solder were conducted under displacement-controlled conditions with mean strain and load-controlled conditions with mean stress. The J-integral range was evaluated from load-displacement curves by using the simple estimate method. The mean stress introduced by the initial (mean) tensile strain in displacement-controlled tests was relaxed very quickly with cycles. The crack propagation rate was nearly constant during crack extension and was not much influenced by the mean strain. The crack closure did not take place under tensile mean strains, while it occurred under compressive strains. In load-controlled tests with mean stress, the ratcheting deformation was accumulated during fatigue tests. The crack propagation rate increased with crack length, and was not influenced by the tensile mean stress. The crack propagation rate was lower as the mean compressive stress was larger and as the stress range was lower. The crack closure took place only for the cases of compressive mean stresses. When the J-integral range was evaluated by taking into account of crack closure, the crack propagation rate was expressed as a power function of the J-integral range for all cases examined, The effective fractions of the applied load, strain and J-integral were unity for zero and positive mean stresses. They deceased linearly with increasing mean compressive stress down to -4 MPa, and remained nearly constant below -4 MPa.

A bearing steel (JIS SUJ2) and nickel chromium molybden steel (SNCM439) were fatigued with the ultrasonic fatigue-testing machine (20kHz) in laboratory air. In the very long-life regime, the decline of fatigue limit was seen. The origins of crack initiation were mostly internal inclusions. However, even when the specimen broke in a long life region, some cracks were initiated from specimen surface. Fracture surface were observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The fish-eyes were observed in the specimens broken from the internal inclusions. The fracture surface could be divided into three regions. The first region surrounding inclusion was a facet area. The crack propagation in the facet region was Stage A and the crack propagation outside the facet region was Stage B. When the fatigue cracks reached the specimen surface, the fatigue cracks propagated as surface cracks. The crack propagation rate in each region was estimated to be a power function of the stress intensity range. Fatigue life was calculated by integrating with the crack propagation laws determined from the data obtained for the rotating bending. The predicted fatigue life agrees with the experimental result.

Lispで構築されたYYonXのクライアントであるYY-clientでの入出力の応答時間は、利用者にとって重要な要素である。この応答時間を調べ、実行モデルに対して最適な機能分担を検討する必要がある。この検討データを得るためYYonX version1.0(YY-client version1.0、YY-sever version1.0、YY-protocol 1.1で動作している)を利用して実験を行なった。実験では、[1]で述べられているPage実行モデルと、Viewport実行モデルに対して、全ての処理をYY-clientで行った場合の処理時間を測定した。また、比較のためにYY-serverでの出力実験を行なった。

YYonxは、Common Lisp用ボータブルウインドウツールキットYYonX-window上の実現である。その概要は[1][2]などに発表した。YYonxは、YY-Protocolにより会話する二つのプロセスYY-sever,YY-clientにより実現されている。ここでは、このサーバ/クライアントによる実現とその上での実行モデル、機能分散について述ぺる。

Single edge notched specimens of a unidirectional SiC long fiber reinforced titanium alloy were fatigued under four point bending. Propagation behavior of fatigue cracks was observed on the basis of the effect of the fiber bridging. The branched fatigue cracks were initiated from the notch root. The crack propagation rate decreased with crack extension due to the crack bridging by reinforced fibers. The longitudinal stress in the reinforced fiber was measured by using high spatial resolution synchrotron radiation. The interfacial frictional stress between the matrix and the fiber could be directly determined by X-ray method. The bridging stress was also measured as a function of a distance from a crack-tip. The stress intensity factor range corrected on the basis of the shielding effect agreed well with that for the monolithic titanium alloy, when compared at the same crack propagation rate.
