カルボキシメチル化ペンタエチレンヘキサミン(CM-PEHA)を導入したキレート樹脂を用いてAsを分離濃縮することを目的とし,Fe(III)を担持させたCM-PEHA型樹脂を用い,Asの吸着・溶出に関する基礎検討を行った.Fe(III)担持CM-PEHA型樹脂は,As(V)をpH 4 - 6で最大に吸着した.As(III)はほとんど捕集されなかったが,次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液を用いてAs(III)をAs(V)に酸化することにより吸着可能であった.吸着したAs(V)は水酸化ナトリウム溶液を用いることで容易に溶出でき,ICP発光分光分析にて定量可能であった.これらにより,試料水中のAs(V)量,As(III)とAs(V)との合量をそれぞれ求めることが可能であり,これらの差からAs(III)量を求めることでAs(III)とAs(V)とを分別定量できる可能性が示された.本法は,地下水認証標準物質(ES-H-1)に含まれるAsの定量に適用可能であった.

We have found the new types of photonic liquid crystal, SmBP_<Iso> Phase, which shows the uniform isotropic iridescent color strongly dependent on the concentration, chirality and temperature for the first time. SmBP_<Iso> has both the finite local order parameter of the helix of the orientation and the smectic layer simultaneously, but spontaneously achieves complete isotropic nature in optical wave-length without any discontinuity in mesoscopic length scales. It was confirmed by visco-elastic measurement that the SmBP_<Iso> should be originated from the anomalous softening of the smectic layers due to the freezing effect on the molecular fluctuation induced by the introduction of the connection of the molecules. We expected that the random distribution of the distinct helix in 3-dimensional space can be stabilized by the apparent elastic long-range interaction "field" produced by the deformation of the smectic order. We have also first recognized two different types of thermodynamic phase transitions among SmBP phases, order-disorder transition for the spatial arrangement of the helix and the transition of the connectivity of smectic layers, which are attributed to the transition of the spatial distribution of the both orders, not belong to the order parameters themselves.

The inverter circuit of dc brushless motor (DCBLM) needs feedback diodes to protect the switching element from counterelectromotive force.In this paper, we describe the computational method of magnetic field analysis of DCBLM with feedback diodes. The electric circuit equations were formulated based on the theoretical formula of the PN-junction diode. And, solving these equations with the magnetic circuit equation by using the FEM, the electrical characteristic and the magnetic property of DCBLM were calculated. By replacing the switching elements with variable resistor, and transforming electric circuit by using Ho•Thevenin's theorem, the route of current is not necessary to change according to the state of feedback diode and switching elements.This method for feedback diodes is confirmed by the analysis of the permanent magnet DCBLM.

1-(サリチリデンアミノ)-8-ヒドロキシナフタレン-3,6-ジスルホン酸(アゾメチンH)をポストカラム誘導体化試薬として用いた水試料中のホウ素の定量法について検討を行った.イオン排除クロマトグラフィー(IEC)で分離後, アゾメチンH溶液と混合・反応させ420nmで検出を行った.反応溶液のpH, 反応温度, 反応コイル, 反応溶液の流量, アゾメチンH濃度等の反応条件の最適化を行った.分離カラムにH^+型のスルホン化ポリスチレンゲル(イオン交換容量 : 3.5 meq g^<-1>・dry)を充てんしたIECカラム(150mm×7.8mm i.d.)を, 移動相に1×10^<-3>mol dm^<-3>の硫酸を1.0cm^3 min^<-1>で用いた場合, 反応コイルは5m×0.5mm i.d., アゾメチンH濃度は0.5%, 反応溶液のpHは6.6,流量は0.8cm^3 min^<-1>, 反応温度は40℃で最適な検出が可能であった.本法の検出限界(S/N=3)は7.9×10^<-3>mg dm^<-3>(ホウ素換算)であった.直線性は10^3以上あり, 0.01〜10 mg dm^<-3>(ホウ素換算)の範囲で定量可能であった.0.02 mg dm^<-3>のホウ素溶液で求めた再現性は5.5%(n=10)であった.本法を用いて河川水, 地下水及び水道水中のホウ素の定量を行い, 誘導結合プラズマ質量分析法による定量値と比較したところ, 相関係数で0.921(n=50)と良好な相関を示した.
