In order to examine the effects of air bubble in the ear canal for underwater hearing, detailed measurement of minimum audible field (MAF) in audio frequency (50Hz-8kHz) and comparison of loudness were carried out at two conditions as below, 1) the air bubble remains in the ear canal and 2) the ear canal is filled with water. As the result, in the high frequency region over about 300 Hz, it is highly sensitive to hearing in the case that the air bubble remained in the ear canal. In the low frequency region under 300 Hz, it becomes more sensitive in the case that the ear canal was filled with the water by removing the air bubble.The reverse phenomenon of “hearing” at about 300 Hz is explained by difference between frequency characteristics of the occlusion effect (air conduction) and the effect in which the ear canal was filled with the water (bone conduction).

Abstract : Invasive cervical resorption (ICR) is a type of external inflammatory root resorption. A 30-year-old patient showed, on intraoral radiograph and cone beam computed tomography, ICR of the upper-right central incisor caused by walking bleach. The tooth had a fistula, and showed draining not only from the fistula but also into a root canal. After root canal re-treatment and obturation, the ICR lesion in the pulp chamber was curetted with Nd:YAG laser, then mineral trioxide aggregate was used to fill the resorptive defect. Subsequently, the pulp chamber was restored with composite resin. Radiographs at 2, 4 and 6 months showed the suppression of resorption and endodontic success. Clinically, the tooth was asymptomatic, and no periodontal pocket was found at each point.

本報告では,政策分析や政策改善に資するような法律の定量的な分析方法について試み,結果を述べる。法律の文言をテキストデータ化し,法情報学や法哲学,情報処理学の知見を参照しながら,テキストマイニングソフトを活用して分析を行った。具体的には (1) 権利の主体や名宛人となるアクターを正確に測定すること,(2) 権利や義務の内容を正確に測定すること,(3) 諸アクターと権利や義務の関係を正確に分析することを試みた。This paper reports the results from the study that attempted to use quantitative analytical methods of laws for the purpose of policy analysis and policy improvement. We changed law provisions into text data and analyzed the data by a text mining software, referring to knowledge of legal informatics, philosophy of law, and information processing. In particular, we attempt to measure accurately what actors appear in the legal provisions, to measure accurately which rights and duties are used in the legal provisions, and to analyze the relationships between rights and duties, and various actors.
