Nietzsche thought that man was made average by language and that art was enlivened in the field without language, the unconscious. In his late writings, Nietzsche explored the mystery of “the self- body” to elucidate the unconscious. The early Nietzsche considered consciousness to be individual and the unconscious to be communal, whereas the late Nietzsche held the former to be communal and the later, individual. He wished to release life from the sign world and the extreme sharpness of the body, the sensory organ, in order to understand the totally different code of the artist.

Conformational analysis of the side chain of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_3 [1,25-(OH)_2D_3, 1] and its 20-epimer 2 revealed that the spatial region occupied by the side chain of these vitamin Ds can be divided to four areas. We designed and synthesized four diastereomers 3-6 at C(20) and C(22) of 22-methyl-1,25-(OH)_2D_3 whose side-chain mobility is restricted in one of these four areas. We tested biological activities of these four analogs. These studies allowed us to propose the relationship between the spatial region of the vitamin D side-chain and the activity, an active space group concept. This concept has been generally accepted as explaining the three-dimensional structure and activity relationship of almost all known vitamin D analogs. We constructed the three-dimensional structure of the ligand binding domain (LBD) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) based on the crystal structure of retinoic acid receptor by the homology modeling technique. We docked 1,25-(OH)_2D_3 1 as a ligand into the constructed VDR-LBD. Three residues forming the hydrogen bonds with the functionally important 1α- and 25-hydroxyl groups of 1 were identified and confirmed by the mutational analysis: the 1α-hydroxyl group is forming pincer type hydrogen bonds with S237 and R274 and the 25-hydroxyl group is interacting with H397. By the computational docking studies based on the mutational analysis of the VDR, we obtained the docking models of the VDR with the functionally and structurally interesting ligands. From these studies we suggested key structural factors to bestow the augmented activities on 20-epi-vitamin Ds.

This article considers Nietzsche's concept of the artist in terms of Redlichkeit (sincerity; uprightness) in the late Nietzsche. In his discussion regarding art and the artist, he suggests the artist is most great among human beings, and art is contrary to Christian morality. Furthermore, he argues that the artist must be redlich. However, why is Nietzsche affirmative on the Christian virtue of Redlichkeit, but negative on Christian morality? It is through the break of existent moral values that the sincere Self can create value autonomously, i.e. Redlichkeit is not to others but to the Self for Nietzsche. Beyond that, the creating Self even breaks the value created by itself. That is to say, Redlichkeit to the Self is Redlichkeit against the Self also. I consider this Redlichkeit a fundamental requirement for creation, and I explain concretely what Nietzsche meant by the creation of art, when the artist is redlich through reference to Richard Wagner.

Hydroxyl groups play a major role in binding to a receptor protein. To clarify the side chain conformation of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 (1) to bind to VDR, we analyzed the mobility of the side chain of 1 and its 20-epimer (2) in terms of the spatial region accessible by the 25-hydroxyl group and the results were displayed as a dot map. The dot map indicates that each vitamin D has two major densely populated regions: A and G for 1 and EA and EG for 2. We designed six 22-substituted analogs of active vitamin D, 3-8, whose side chain hydroxyl is restricted to occupy one of the four spatial regions defined above and the analogs were classified into group A, G, EA, and EG accordingly. Syntheses of analogs, 3-8, were performed via diastereoselective conjugate addition of alkyl cuprate to steroidal (E)-and (Z)-22-en-24-ones (12 and 13) and -22-en-24-oates (16, 17, 20 and 21) as the key step. The activity of the analogs, 3-8, to bind to VDR was examined in compared with 1. It is apparent that the members of A ( 4 and 6) and EG (7) group analogs show much higher activity than the others, G(3, 5) and EA (8). The contrasting activities of the two 22-methyl analogs (3 and 4) are especially outstanding: VDR binding (3:4:1=1/50:1/3:1); differentiation of HL-60 cells (3:4:1=1/70:1:1). The results suggest that the conformation of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 (1) involved in binding to VDR and responsible for activity is the C(17,20,22,23)-anti form and the region where the 25-hydroxyl group occupies is the A.

2007年度には、ニーチェにおける初期・中期・後期の生理学的考察を概念史的に検討することによって、当時の生理学者との関係に関する研究の骨子を示した。その結果、ニーチェにおける生理学という概念装置の意味が著作時期によって大きく異なることが明らかとなった。2008年度には、「健康」や「無意識」等の諸概念に着目した。そこでは、健康を画一的なものと捉える見方が人間の平等というドグマに侵されたものとして積極的に否定されるニーチェの思索が確認された。

日本の高齢者施設は、高齢化・重度化・認知症の増加が問題視されている。そのような状況で、施設利用者の安全を確保するのには、職員の協働は不可欠であるといえる。また多くの文献で職員数や知識の不足が、転倒要因として列挙されている。しかし、その実態や対策について研究したものは少ない。そこで本研究では、自身で危険回避が困難な方が多い高齢者施設における転倒予防策のうち、多職種の協働による転倒予防の必要性を先行研究より明らかにすることを目的とした。 文献検索の結果、連携の実態と転倒予防効果については、国内外問わず数は少なく、実態調査が殆どであった。それによると多職種が情報共有・アセスメント・評価の過程で協働することは、転倒予防に効果的であると報告している。海外文献では、情報共有の有効性や、リスクマネジメントの視点で協働の重要性をあげ、医療事故のエラーの原因として高齢者自身の問題以外に環境要因をあげ、その中に職員の知識・技術の差や、情報伝達の不備なども指摘されていた。 職種間協働の不備は、業務の問題点でありかつ、高齢者の転倒要因であることは言われているが、望ましい協働の方法やその効果について具体的に研究されたものは殆どなかった。職種間協働は、転倒予防の視点で重要であり、今後、増加する認知症高齢者の安全を守る上でも職種間協働の研究は不可欠であるといえる。高齢者施設での転倒予防では、協働の方法やその効果の検証は急務であり、重要な研究テーマとなることが示唆された。The purpose of this research is making the necessity for the fall prevention by collaboration of many occupational descriptions clear from precedence research. Because, by dementia, many of users are difficult to avert a risk by themselves. Most researches which did not ask domestic outside but were concretely verified about the method of desirable collaboration or its effect suited. As for the research verified concretely, about the method of desirable collaboration, or its effect, in and outside the country was very slight. lt being able to say at present is that the defect of communication of information causes an accident. Moreover, there were also two or more reports that it was effective for fall prevention that many occupational descriptions collaborate in the process of an information share, assessment, and evaluation. It was suggested from these things that maintenance of collaboration between occupational descriptions is pressing need
