【背景】ネオニコチノイドは1990年代に昆虫型ニコチン性アセチルコリン受容体(nAChRs)を標的として開発された農薬成分である.しかし近年,ネオニコチノイドは哺乳類型nAChRsを介して神経細胞に興奮反応を引き起こすことが示され,昆虫以外の生物に対して不測の影響を与える可能性が懸念されている.我々はこれまでに成熟雄マウスをネオニコチノイドの1種,クロチアニジン(CTD)に4週間曝露すると,新規環境(オープンフィールド)における不安様行動が引き起こされ,その影響は環境ストレス下においてより顕在化することを報告してきた.本研究では,ネオニコチノイドによる行動影響発現に関与する脳領域を明らかにすることを目的とした.【材料と方法】C57BL/6成熟雄マウスに5または50 mg/kgの CTDを単回経口投与し,投与1時間後に高架式十字迷路試験による行動解析を行った.さらに2時間後に脳を摘出し,c-fos発現を指標とした組織学的解析により投与後誘導された神経活動を評価した.【結果と考察】行動解析の結果,CTD 5 mg/kg投与群においては溶媒投与対照群と比較してOpen arm滞在時間および侵入回数の減少がみられた.CTD 50 mg/kg投与群においては,さらに総移動距離の減少ならびに迷路探索時における異常啼鳴(Abnormal vocalization)およびすくみ行動(Freezing)が観察された.組織学的解析の結果,情動およびストレス反応に関与する視床下部,海馬においてc-fos陽性細胞数の増加がみられた.以上の結果から,CTD投与下においては,新規環境ストレスに曝露された際にコリン作動性神経投射を受ける視床下部や海馬における過剰な神経興奮が生じ,不安様行動やストレス応答を濃度依存的に誘発する可能性が示唆された.

術中出血リスクが高い待機手術を受ける犬猫42頭に対して、術前希釈式自己血採血・輸血を実施した。日本自己血輸血学会のガイドラインを基に、プロトコルを作製した。希釈式自己血採血・輸血の関連する重度な有害事象は認められず、安全に実施できた。また、同種血輸血を回避できた症例がいたことから、希釈式自己血輸血は有用性が高いと考えられた。

This study examines the classification of the user type and behavior in a comedy theater. First surveys were carried out for the classification of the user type and the comparison. Second surveys were carried out for the evaluation of the ease of behavior and the degree of action implementation of the environment around a comedy theater. The results are as followings: 1) Comedy theater users were classified into four types and user behavior is different by user type. 2) The ease of behavior and the degree of action implementation are different by each theater.

This study examines categorizing classification to location of shops which unease of entering or staying. The survey was carried out for place and reason, feeling which unease of entering or staying by recall method. The purpose of this paper is classify variations and consider methodology. The results are as followings: 1) The variation is classify the situation, feelings in seven types and proved variety. 2) Recall method is able to obtain obstructive factors of before entering and predict staying after entering. 3) Evaluation structure of unease entering which consisting of a cognitive process, the concrete situation, feeling was proposed.

This study examines the model of evaluation structure by experience value in a comedy theater. First surveys researched the factor of strategic experiential modules in comedy theater was decided by factor analysis. Second surveys researched the factor and evaluation structure which affects ACT. Third surveys researched the evaluation-structure model by comparison with theater types and user type. This study examines the feature of the user's behavior in a comedy theater by comparison with another kind of theater. First survey researched the user type and user's needs. Second survey researched for user's behavior before and after performance to analyze behavior of the environment around theater affects revisit of a theater. The results are as followings:1) Comedy theaters are places which young women visit with their friend, and are used for their communication.2) The ease of behavior of the environment around a comedy theater affects the revisit intention of a theater.
