本研究では,江戸時代から使われはじめたという「粋」という言葉の持つイメージが現代の若い女性にどのように受け継がれているのかを探るとともに,九鬼周造の粋理論が彼らにも適用できるのか否かを検討した。粋についての九鬼の考察は,彼自身の注意深い観察と感性から洞察された深い意味を持つものと考えられるが,彼自身の仮説を客観的に検討するということは,あまり行われてこなかった。そこで今回は,粋な柄の代表とされる縦縞模様のワンピースと浴衣を着たモデルに様々なポーズをとらせ、それを写真にしたものをコンピュータ画面上に提示し,SD法を用いて女子学生に評価させることにより,彼の理論を検討してみた。九鬼周造によれば,「粋」は,価値の優劣を表現すると共に,媚態をも表現しているということであったが,実験の結果は彼の理論を概ね支持するものであった。一方,外来語の中では一番「粋」に近い語であると思われた「シックな」は,「粋」よりは,「渋み」に近い意味としてとらえられていることがわかった。

症例は, 39歳男性. 36歳時に硝子体出血を機に初めて糖尿病を指摘され, 以後当科で加療されていたが, 糖尿病性腎症によるネフローゼ症候群加療のため入退院を繰り返し, 次第に腎機能が低下した. 2005年5月に腸炎症状を契機に乏尿, 労作時息切れ, 下腿浮腫, 体重増加をきたし, 血清クレアチニン5.8→13.0mg/dLと急激に上昇したため, 血液透析導入目的で当科入院となった. 透析開始後, 積極的な除水にもかかわらず, 心胸比は縮小せず, 透析導入後第6病日以降血圧が低値となり, 第10病日には収縮期血圧で70mmHg前後にまで低下した. 心エコー検査にて心タンポナーデを認め, 心膜穿刺にて多量の血性心嚢液を吸引除去した. 臨床経過, 穿刺液の検査所見, 血清学的検査所見, 画像検査所見から, 尿毒症性心外膜炎と診断し, 心嚢腔の持続ドレナージと連日の血液濾過透析を行い軽快した.尿毒症性心外膜炎は, 透析治療が発達した今日ではまれであるが, 急性腎不全, 慢性腎不全の透析導入期, あるいは透析不足の維持透析患者において, 心嚢液貯留を認める場合, 溢水のほか, 悪性疾患や感染症, 膠原病とともに考慮する必要がある.

These days, reforming the old external-dependent development by making a "regional industrial complex" is being proposed as a concept which uses regional resources rationally. In this regard, "regional industrial complex" agriculture takes a very important position, and the role of the agricultural cooperative is large. Many agricultural cooperatives are actually tackling the processing business and positioning of the agricultural cooperatives in local agriculture is also high. In Tanabe City, the case area of this paper, not only production industries, but also processing industries and distribution industries exist in the area which focuse on plums as a key industry. Moreover, plum-related tourist attractions, such as plum forests, are found and form a "regional industrial complex". In this area, the Kinan agricultural cooperative plays important roles in promotion of production, contribution to bearer reservation, distribution, processing and sale of plums. Specially, having the processing section on the inside, the agricultural cooperative sell the plums as a processor. So it has functions of adjusting supply and demand of plums and keeping the level of its price for farms. In the processing business, it contributes to make employment in this area in employing staffs and part-time workers. Thinking about the future, keeping the "regional industrial complex" will be difficult by increasing import plums and so on. So, it is required that agricultural cooperative shows the initiative in making places for adjusting interests and exchanging news and tackling to improve the quality of plums.

A 38-year-old Japanese male who had traveled in China from September 13 to October 5, 1997, developed fever and severe conjunctivitis from October 20. After he was hospitalized in Kyoto CityHospital for persistent high fever on October 29, he developed muscular weakness and dysphagiawhich continued for two weeks. An electromyogram showed a myogenic pattern, and laboratoryfindings showed significant elevation of serum enzyme levels of muscle origin: CPK, 3, 095 IU/l; aldorase, 195 IU/l; myoglobin, 7, 570 ng/ml, and myoglobinuria, 94, 700 ng/ml. The WBC was 10, 800/111with 45% eosinophils. Muscular biopsy showed degeneration of muscle fibers with infiltration ofmacrophages and lymphocytes.On further inquiry, it was revealed that the patient had eaten smoked bear meat in China onSeptember 30, three weeks prior to the onset of symptoms. A dot-ELISA serologic test for parasiteswas positive forTrichinella. Further, a coiled 1.2 mm longTrichinellalarve was recovered from approximately100 mg of frozen biopsied muscle by an enzyme digestion method. Mebendazole wasgiven to the patient at a dosage of 200 mg/day for seven days. CPK levels were normalized within 3days of the beginning of the treatment, and he was discharged without any symptoms. Physiciansmust be aware of trichinellosis and should include it in their differential diagnosis when examiningpatients with myositis and eosinophilia of unknown origin.

本研究の目的は、農業構造改革に対応する農業経営の成長という観点から大規模土地利用型農業生産法人に着目し、農業経営内的展開と外的農業参入展開に分類し、その量的・質的な分析を通じて、経営成長のモデルの条件を提案した。具体的なモデルの条件としては、先駆的な経営者や後継者、中核的な従業員が存在し、大規模化の農業生産技術や先端技術を獲得したもので、農産物の加工・販売などの付加価値生産部門や直接販売部門・直売所やレストランをもつものである。

細断型梱包被覆機の登場は、日本の畜産業および酪農における自給飼料の生産および流通に大変革をもたらしている。本調査研究では以下のことが明らかになった。第一に、牧草や青刈りとうもろこしのサイレージおよび食品残渣を圧縮梱包することで長期保存を可能とする調製革新をもたらしている。第二に、圧縮梱包された自給飼料やTMRの広域流通を可能とする流通革新をもたらしている。第三に岩手県において青刈りとうもろこしの収穫、調製、給与の各作業の効率化による飼料構造の大変革をもたらしている。このことから細断型ロールベーラは日本畜産の競争力強化と飼料自給率の向上の有効な手段となりうることを明らかにした。
