"Uranihon" is a name of the sections of Honsyu along the Sea of Japan. But it sometimes means the undeveloped part of Japan, too, because the prefix "lira" has a negative nuance in Japanese. This paper analyzes frequence of using and the transition of meaning of the word by using old local newspapers in Niigata Prefecture since mid Meiji era, and investigates the historical background. In result,the periods when the word was frequently used were Showa tens and Showa thirties and in the both periods the meaning of the word deeply reflected the historical background.

In this study, first, the limit strains of a few types of high-strength steel sheets under various strain paths from balanced biaxial stretching to uniaxial tension are examined by the Marciniak-type in-plane biaxial stretching test. They are compared with those derived from some criteria for ductile fracture. It is found that the fracture strains derived from the criterion proposed by Cockcroft and Latham give the best fit to the experimental results. Next, as fundamental 3-dimensional press forming processes, the square cup deep drawing and the T-shape forming of the high-strength steel sheet are analyzed by the finite element method combined with the ductile fracture criterion. The dynamic explicit finite element program LS-DYNA ver. 970 with membrane shell is used. The comparison with the experimental results demonstrates that the fracture initiation sites and the critical punch strokes are successfully predicted by the present approach.

【目的】子ども食堂スタッフの活動主体性と関連する要因を明らかにし,近年広がりをみせている地域活動である子ども食堂での食育を推進するための示唆を得る。【方法】2017年3~5月に自記式質問票による横断調査を行った。対象者は,全国の子ども食堂スタッフのうち本調査への同意が得られた者である。273ヵ所の子ども食堂に5部ずつの調査票を郵送した。調査項目は,基本属性(性,年齢,世帯構成,就労状況,居住年数),活動状況(家族の協力,活動期間,活動頻度),ならびに活動主体性4項目,活動満足感9項目,活動負担感14項目とした。活動主体性,活動満足感,活動負担感は,それぞれの合計得点を中央値未満と以上の2値に分けて分析に用いた。活動主体性と各調査項目との関連を二項ロジスティック回帰分析で検討した。【結果】117ヵ所,386人から回答があったうち,活動主体性,活動満足感,活動負担感のいずれかの回答が欠損していた52人と,20歳未満で保護者の同意が得られていない6人を除き,328人の回答を分析に用いた。二項ロジスティック回帰分析の結果,活動主体性と有意な関連がみられたのは,年齢(60歳以上:調整オッズ比=2.61),就労状況(自営業・農林水産業:調整オッズ比=3.32),活動満足感(中央値以上:調整オッズ比=2.79),であった。活動主体性と活動負担感との関連はみられなかった。【結論】子ども食堂スタッフの活動主体性と活動満足感との有意な正の関連が確認された。

群馬県内病院看護職の「在宅を見据えた看護活動」の実態把握を目的として質問紙調査を行った. 調査内容はA. 退院後の患者の生活をイメージした看護の提供, B. 地域の社会資源の活用, C. 患者・家族の負担軽減のためのケア方法の簡素化, D. 病状変化を予測した対応, E. 多職種との協働に関する25項目であった. 回答は, 県内11病院の看護職から2,136件が得られた. 調査結果によると, 入院前の生活状況の把握, 本人・家族の希望の把握, サマリーの記載に関しては比較的よく実施され, 実施率が5割を超えていた. しかしながら住居環境の把握や社会資源の把握, 障害認定や介護認定の評価・相談, ケア方法の簡素化, 今後を予測した対応, 多職種との連携はあまり実施されておらず, 実施率が4割以下であった. したがって, これらの視点について総合的に育成していく現任教育プログラムの開発が求められていることが示唆された.
