情報技術は社会の問題解決手法である.そこで 21 世紀の最重要テーマである環境問題に対して,環境情報共有の観点に注目した.本研究は,センサを用いた環境データと GPS を用いた位置データ,さらには環境情報に関する集合知をマッシュアップし Web 地図インタフェース上に表示した.本システムは,PC&Mobile ブラウザに対応しており,エンドユーザが 「いつでも,どこでも,だれでも」 参加閲覧可能な環境を提供している.Information technology is considered one of the ways to solve social problems. So, we propose a new method for sharing information on environmental problems, which are the most important themes for us in the 21st Century. The system we constructed employs various sensors and GPS to obtain environmental data and global positions. Furthermore, the system facilitates mashing up the collective intelligence on environmental problems, and displays into the map interface. This system is compatible to PC's and mobile phones and provides the ubiquitous framework on which "anyone" can join and browse at "anytime" and "anywhere".

環境対策には,一人ひとりの日常の心がけと実行が大切である.本研究は,環境問題に関する集合知を共有することによって,身近な環境対策を促進させることを目的としている.ここでは,エンドユーザが GoogleMaps 上に環境対策方法を投頼する形式を採用している.具体的には,GoogleMapsAPI を利用して,環境対策方法と位置情報のマッピングをおこなった.本システムの特徴は,地域特性を含んだ環境対策を共有することで,地域とそこに住んでいる人に対する環境対策促進のシナジー効果を狙っている.また,GoogleMaps の利用により,誰でもこの活動に参加し,世界にこの運動を広げることが可能である.Individual intention and daily actions are important for improving environmental measures. Our purpose is to develop collective intelligence on the environmental problems from many end-users of Web terminals. By sharing collective Intelligence of the environmental problems, we can adopt a way that end-users can post environmental measures on GoogleMaps. We have been able to map the environmental information onto the location using, GoogleMapsAPI. The feature of this system is sharing environmental measures including regional characteristics. We are aiming to encourage in a synergistjc way for people to share the environmental information in their local area. Also, since the system uses the GoogleMmaps, anyone can join this activity, and it would be possible to extend the local activity to a global movement.

School of Network and Information, Senshu University was founded as an offspring of School of Management in 2001, in accordance with the rapid progress in Information and Communication Technology. Our society has been confronted with various risks in the past 20 years. In 2020, the world including our society was endangered by the COVID-19 pandemic, which was originated in Wuhan. Senshu University circumvented the crisis, using the information technology cultivated in School of Network and Information. We review various risks which our society faced in the past, and discuss the techniques that would possibly reform our organization more resilient.

筆者は、本学の教育・研究の理念「社会知性の開発」に基づき、産官学連携を推進し、成果を学外で公開する努力を継続してきた。最後の年にあたり、研究室と学生の成果を10年に及ぶ川崎国際環境技術展への出展の詳細を回想する。18歳人口が急激に減少する時代において、研究の成果を実世界とサイバー世界に発信することは必須である。

開発時には主として発電量を高めることを目的とした自転車型人力発電機を, 操縦者の脈拍データを測定し発電負荷にフィードバックすることにより, 人間の体力・疲労度に応じて発電量の負荷を調整できるシステムに改良した. 機械中心のシステムから, 人間中心の"人にやさしい発電システム"へと進化させた.

This report summarizes the author's life guided by the innovation of exponentially growing information technology, and describes in detail the research and educational activities that had been conducted while he was working for Senshu University. Especially, the author investigated the environmental and energy problems in the cyber-physical world, and he exhibited the results of his laboratory at Kawasaki Eco-Tech Fair, in which the project and the thesis students participated every year. The course of lectures donated by Kanagawa Information Service Industries Association is also discussed in detail, as a brilliant example of university-industry collaboration."Alcohol is the anesthesia by which we endure the operation of life." (George Bernard Shaw)The author is on his final stage of his career at Senshu University, who was confronted with lots of difficulties and hardships throughout his life, but he overcame most of them without any help of alcohol, but with the help of many people surrounding him and the revelation of the spiritual world.

The symposium of the 29th annual conference was hels on the topic of "Memory and Parapsychology". S.Hagio presented his experiments of investigating parapsychological effects in associative memory process, referring to the three important results by previous researchers. N.Ohta, who is the Japanese authority of episodic memory, introduced his experiments of the word-completion test he made to see a priming effect. His results show that the reproduction of the once-learned word is better when together with a low-associated concomitant word than a high-associated one. A.Onda discussed the omnipresent and transcendent field of transmitting information from his background of creativity psychology. O.Watanuki discussed the memory hierarchy and ultra-high density recording technology of computers and its relation to parapsychology. Active discussions were developed on the topics of episidic memory, the memory process and creativity, the subliminal effect, and so forth.
