現代アートの表現手法は多様であり、その記録のための「アートブック」も様々な形式がある。また近年、アートの世界では言語表現・文字記号表現を含むものの重要性が増している。したがって従来の画像類の掲載・再現ではすまない記録法が求められている。本研究では考察されることの稀だった文字・組版表現とアートの記録について検証を行う。事例として2008年10月29日、ビジュアルデザイン学科による独自開催特別講義「Art /内藤礼」を取り上げる。その繊細を極めた表現で国際的に活躍している美術科・内藤礼氏は、また寡黙な作家としても知られている。この特別講義は、自らの作品を語ることにきわめて稀な作家自身の言葉の貴重な記録となった。そうした内藤氏の表現の内実に対応した「本」をつくりあげることが本研究の課題であった。2009年12月、それは単行本「内藤礼〈母型〉」として刊行された。戸田ツトム教授の全面デザインによるこの単行本化の作業は、そうした高度なデザイン課題への挑戦でもあり、また現代デザインの隘路たる「デザインの消滅を企図するデザイン」への回答とも位置づけられるものとなった。作家の言葉の背後に広がる深い世界をいかに組版と図版により読者に伝えうるかという、デザインの試行である。As means of expression in contemporary art are diversied, art books as a medium for recording art also take many different styles. On the other hand, linguistic and character expressions have recently become increasingly important in the art scene.In this context, there should be a new means of recording art that goes beyond the simple presentation of graphic images in the conventional art books. This course studied typographic and compositional expression in art books as a medium for recording art.The course focused on exploring "Art / Rei Naito," a special lecture presented by Department of Visual Design on October 29, 2008.Rei Naito is an artist whose refined sensitivity is highly reputed in the world. She is also renowned for being taciturn about her work. The lecture was a very rare opportunity in which the artist talked about her art. The purpose of this course was to make a "book" that reflects the essence of her artistic expression.The book, Naito Rei <Bokei>, was published in December 2009. Designed entirely by Professor Tsutomu Toda, the whole process of making this book was a challenge to an advanced design issue as well as an answer to the "design intended to vanish design," an aporia in contemporary design.

人間は情報の75~80%を視覚から得ていると言われている。現在の都市生活においては闇は存在せず、視覚情報が途絶することも経験できない。視覚障害の疑似体験としてアイマスクを装着して視覚を遮断する体験が行われることがある。しかし、アイマスク装着は、アイマスクを装着しているから見えないということが明らかであり、周囲の見えている人との間にギャップを感じさせてしまう。ドイツのハイネッケ氏が考案したDialog in the Dark は、光を遮断した空間内を全盲の人にガイドされて見ず知らずの8 名程のグループが無視覚状態で行動するという体験型イベントで、参加者は①視覚以外の感覚の覚醒、②言語によるコミュニケーションの促通、③環境が障害をつくっており、環境によって立場が逆転することへの気づき、などを報告している。本プロジェクトでは、大学院総合工房の内部を完全に遮光し、暗闇空間滞在中の様子を記録した。本論では暗闇化の方法と、暗闇空間での行動について報告する。

本論は、近代ウィーンの作曲家ヨーゼフ・マティアス・ハウアーとアーノルド・シェーンベルクらによって生み出された「十二音技法」の音楽と造形芸術との関係性についての研究を試みる。色彩と音楽の関係については、古代から様々な関心が持たれていたが、ここでは特に近代の、ハウアー、シェーンベルクによって各々の「十二音技法」に関するモデルやダイアグラムの役割を明らかにし、また、ハウアーの「十二音技法」でもあるトロープスのパターン・ダイアグラムとヨハネス・イッテンの色彩関係を示した「12色環」ダイアグラムとの間に図像的観点からの類似点についての研究を行う。

本研究は、本学がこれまで取り組んできたさまざまな社会連携事案を踏まえ、アートとデザインの分野において社会貢献できる、新しい社会連携の形を模索することが目的である。そのために、まず、本学が持つクリエーティブ力を積極的に情報発信するためのツールの制作とその活用法を考案した。具体的なツールとしてポストカードが検討され、学内の教員や学生たちの作品50点を公募により集め、ポストカード・ブックにまとめることとした。また、それを地域のショップなどに無料配布した。配布場所の選定は作品採用者の裁量に任せることとし、採用の条件として、一人3カ所に配布することを義務づけた。さらに、配布期間を春休みとすることで、帰省先も含めたできるだけ広範囲への流布を狙った。結果的には応募者総数68名、作品点数143点のなかから52名の52作品が選ばれポストカード・ブックとなった。本研究は、学内教員と学生からの52作品によるポストカード・ブックの制作とその配布という、非常に実験的で具体的な試みであったが、初回としてはまずまずの成果をあげることができたと考えられる。In the present study, groping for the shape of new socialcooperation is a purpose that the contribution to society canbe done in the field of the art and the design based on casefor various societies on which this learning has worked upto now.Creative power of this learning was first designed andproduction and the use method of the tool to sendinformation positively were designed for that.The postcard was examined as a concrete tool, and it wasassumed that the work 50 points (the teacher and studentsin school) were collected by the public advertisement, and itsummarized it in the postcard book.52 works of 52 people were consequentially chosen from theaverage of 68 people of the total of the applicant and 143points of the number of works and it became a postcardbook.It is thought that a so-so result was able to be achievedfirst time though the present study was a veryexperimental, concrete attempt (the production of thepostcard book by 52 works from the school teacher andthe student and the distributions).

兵庫県播磨町では、2007 年以降住民主体のまちづくり組織、旧播磨北小学校施設運営協議会(以下協議会)が中心となった地域づくり活動が行なわれている。2009 年度に兵庫県立東はりま特別支援学校が開校し、公立学校とまちづくり組織の協働による取り組みが開始された。本報告は、2009 年度に取り組まれた協議会が中心となった協働によるアートワークショップについてのプロセスデザインの報告である。アートワークショップでは、県立播磨南高校芸術類型の生徒と県立東はりま特別支援学校の生徒が作業を分担し、協力して絵を描いた。描かれた絵は、多くの人に見てもらうためにギャラリーでの展示が行なわれた。また、成果を参加した人に配布することと、より多くの人に配布するために別の媒体に加工することとした。描かれた絵の一部を取り出し、ポストカードとクリアファイルに加工し、地元住民等に配布された。このアートワークショップのプロセスを通じ、それまで交わることのなかった人同士が協力し、協力して創作活動を行うことができた。また、このプロセスを通じ、多主体が協働する際のきっかけと内容を明らかにすることができた。The community building activity led by the Machizukuri organization called ex-Harima North Elementary school Facilities Management Conference (NE-FMC)) has been implemented in Harima town, Hyogo prefecture since 2007. In 2009, Hyogo prefectural East Harima Special Needs Education School (EHSNES) was founded, and the collaborations of community building activities began. This paper reports the process design of the art workshop thorough the collaborations implemented in 2009.In the artwork shop, four paintings were drawn through the collaboration by students of the Harima South high school and students of EHSNES. The paintings were processed to postcards and clear files, and distributed to a lot of people. Through the collaboration, student could interact each other, and the process clarified the chances and the contents of collaborations between multi-groups.
