The purpose of this study is to focus on the foreign correspondent in Tokyo who works for a major South Korean TV network. At a semi-structured interview, the correspondent was asked about his daily activities as a broadcaster with respect to the international flow of information from Japan. It was found that the correspondent tended to choose topics on politics and economics in response to requests from superiors at the news desk of the network. As the middle person in this routinized process, the correspondent acted as a gatekeeper, selecting and relaying topics from Japan to the South Korean audience. How those media outlets choose and report topics is a reflection of the lasting effects to mutual national images of the colonization of the Korean peninsula by Japan until the end of World War II. For the South Korean news media, monitoring and repor ting on the actions and comments by Japanese statesmen concerning worshipping at Yasukuni Shrine, revisionism in schoool textbooks, or territorial issues seem to be a high priority in selecting news reports about Japan for a Korean audience. In the daily foreign reports of Korean news programs, this kind of close observation and reporting about Japan is second only to reporting on matters related to the United States.

多系的近代化、選択的近代化、交錯的近代化の観点から、西欧各国および東アジアにおけるきわめて多様なニーチェ受容を再整理した。多様な受容は特にファシズムの過去を持つか持たないかに大きな分かれ目があることで区別されることが明らかになった。また、ファシズムの過去を持つ国々においては、ナルシシズムが美的ナショナリズムと結合する触媒にニーチェがなったことがあきらかになった。

本研究を通して、高等学校の新任教師の専門的成長を支えるものとして、すべての子どもたちの学びを保障する授業づくりに責任をもつ専門的共同体の存在が大きいことが明らかになった。学校における専門的共同体は、授業研究を通して、教師たちの語り合い、聴き合い、語り直しによって、形成される。新任教師たちは、着任当初は、子どもたちの学びに対する一元的な語りが特徴であったが、授業研究会への参加を重ねるごとに、多元的な語りを身につけ、これに伴い、子どもたちとの関係も組み替えられてきた。

In most studies, it is sometimes said that theory without practice is dangerous while practice without theory is vain. The author believes that studies on Japan-Korea intercultural communication or Japan-China intercultural communication are still in the process of staying or living in the actual places and observing the local people for a period before establishing theories. This paper discusses comparison of "in-group" and "out-group" among Japan, Korea and China with assistance of dictionaries, questionnaires, hearings and the local living experiences of the author. The meanings of "in-group" and "out-group" vary from culture to culture. The communicators may change more or less the communication style to out-groups differently from the communication style to in-groups in each culture. Finally the author would like to point out that the meanings of "in-group" and "out-group" in Japan will be changing due to internationalization, urbanization, or change of communities etc.

本研究では寄付市場のデータベースを構築し、生産性推定、並びに寄付市場における広告競争の構造推定モデルを構築し、寄付市場における広告競争の経済的効率性の改善に向けた提言を行うことを目標としている。29年度は構築した寄付市場のデータベース構築に基づいて生産関数の推定を行い、生産性の推移について分析を行う予定であった。しかし、データ収集が遅れており、引き続きデータの整備を継続している段階である。寄付市場のデータとして当初は開発途上国援助を行っているNGO等の財務データを利用する予定であったが、十分な情報が得られない組織が多く、他のデータを用いた分析を検討中である。他の候補として、地方自治体によるふるさと納税について、広告費とその他の費用、寄付額を十分な数だけ収集する事ができるのではないかと検討中である。また、構造推定を行う上で必要となる数値計算を行うためのツールとして、Rによる並列計算とRcppの利用について学習した。複数のハードウェアでPython、Juliaとベンチマークテストを行って、需要関数推定にかかる実計算時間についての評価を行ったところ、RではIntelCorei76950Xプロセッサの方が計算時間が短いが、PythonとJuliaではAMDRyzen1950Xプロセッサの方が計算時間が短い事を確認した。Rでの数値計算はハードウェア性能を利用し切れていない可能性があるため、引き続き数値計算手法についての技術向上を行う予定である。学会報告、論文執筆等はまだ行っていない。
