農薬などの化学物質の安全性評価の分野では,脳神経系の機能,形態,発達への影響を体系的に評価するガイドラインが整備されている.その特徴は,一般毒性試験を1次スクリーニング試験と位置づけ,成獣期ならびに発達期のガイドラインを揃えることによって,脳神経系への影響を段階的に評価することにある.本稿では,神経毒性に関連するガイドラインを紹介し,世界的な標準であるOECDガイドラインに基づいて哺乳動物を対象にした神経毒性試験を解説した.

[Synopsis] From respect of initial cost and running cost to method making of organic waste by brandling compost a generation of greenhouse gas little, and method of making advantageous organic waste compost. Moreover, exhausted earthworm manure provided with the condition as compost, and was suggested the possibility to be able to use for the number of microorganism groups to grow a lot of crops. Therefore, the clarified necessity was admitted in physiology morphology the influence on the growth of crops of earthworm manure in the future and amount.

本研究では、免震システムを備えたナトリウム冷却高速炉における機器の損傷確率について、免震システムの非線形特性を考慮した評価手法の開発を行っている。本報では、免震システムにおける損傷確率における代表値(フラジリティにおける横軸)および機器応答の不確実さの影響について検討した結果を報告する。

著者らはビリルビン2mg/dl以上の閉黄患者255例を対象として消化管出血を合併した27例(11%)についてその臨床病態を分析し,また若干の実験成績とともに閉塞時の消化管出血の成因,治療について検討した.消化管出血27例中24例(89%)はビリルビン10mg/dl以上の高度黄疸症例であった.また原因と思われるstressorを重複算出にて分析すると,手術侵襲や胆管炎,重症肺合併症などの感染症が主たる原因と考えられた.潰瘍発生部位は胃体部から噴門部にかけ小弯側中心に発生し, UL I~UL IIの浅い潰瘍が多発する傾向にあった.閉黄時の急性潰瘍発生機序について総胆管結紮ラットに水浸拘束ストレスを負荷し検討した.結紮2週群ではストレス負荷後に胃壁血流量が無処置群, 1週群に比較して著明に減少し,また潰瘍指数も高値を示した.閉黄時には急性潰瘍発生準備状態にあると考えられ,このため閉黄患者の術後には積極的にcimetidineなどの予防的投与を行ない消化管出血の発生に細心の注意をはらう必要がある.教室では過去3年間に閉黄時の消化管出血7例にcimetidineを投与し5例(71%)の止血を得た.やむを得ず手術を施行する時は,出血巣を含つ広範囲胃切除術にcimetidineの併用が好ましい方法と考える.

[Synopsis] It is due to inquire by being. Although it became clear by this trial for cultivation of cotton to be possible also in the Tohoku district, problems, such as a point which is not paid in cultivation of cotton, also have many the profitability and farm subsidies as agriculture, and it is required to build the mechanism in which cultivation farmhouses can live. Moreover, the necessity of examining the growing method with establishment of the efficient growing method, i.e., the increase in a yield, and the effective salt removal effect was accepted. Furthermore, since the weed control in a cultivation period, the damage of the night thief insect, etc. were seen, it was suggested that the measure against a noxious insect must also be taken.

液体ナトリウムの分光透過率に関する予備的な知見に基づき、液体ナトリウム中に真空紫外光を効率的に分散する追跡元素を添加して、誘導放射光の2次元輝度分布画像を観測することにより、液体ナトリウム内部における2次元の流れ場を高分解能で可視化する技術の開発を実施した。従来の誘導ラマン光源よりも極めて大きな放射スペクトル輝度が得られるアルゴンのエキシマ分子を電子ビームで励起する方式の光源を採用するとともに、トロイダル形状を持つ回折格子型2次元イメージング分光計測装置で追跡元素であるグラファイト粒子のスペクトル計測を行った。その結果、液体ナトリウムの高精度速度場計測実現に係わる展望を得ることが出来た。

This paper describes a suppression of the thermal drift error and an extension of a measurement range to micrometers in the comparative length measurement using a regular crystalline lattice as a reference scale and a dual tunneling unit scanning microscope (DTU-STM) as a detector. A thermo-stabilized cell, in which the DTU-STM can be set, was developed to reduce the temperature fluctuation to less than 0.05 K. In order to assess the thermo-stabilized cell, direct length comparison between the certified scanning electron microscope (SEM) standard grating with a average pitch of 240 nm and highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) Iattice spacing, which is 0.246 nm, was performed using the DTU-STM, whose main body is made from Super-Invar. Images of the grating and the HOPG were simultaneously obtained in the range of 1um. To shorten the measurement time and thus reduce the thermal drift error, the lengths of I um for the two samples were measured along the fast scanning axis. A new ultra-low thermally drifted DTU-STM, whose body is fabricated from ultra-low linear expansion glass, was also developed to extend a measurement range to micrometers in the comparative length measurement. Long atomic image of HOPG crystal over a 5-um-long region along the fast scanning axis was obtained using the new DTU-STM in the thermo-stabilized cell. The experimental results show the possibility of the comparative length measurement in micrometers range with sub-nanometer resolution using the HOPG crystal and the DTU-STMs.
