〔査読有り〕の研究ノート一般に、挨拶表現の「ありがとう(ございます)」は、感謝の意を受信者に伝達する。一方、これが夕形となった「ありがとうございました」は、同様に謝意をあらわすと同時に、談話の結末部では、暗意としての「会話の終了」を示唆する。本稿では、ラジオ番組の音声資料をもとに、言語運用能力が未発達と思われる年少者と、年長者とのやりとりの観察から、子どもがどのように「会話の終了」との解釈を得るか、または年長者はその解釈を促すためどのような方略を用いるかについての考察を行った。

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a boom due to theenhancement of the network environment. The analysis of “Big Data” has made itpossible to discover new data features, and Deep Learning has improved the accuracyof inferences made by artificial intelligence. Since the analysis requires collecting alarge amount of personal information, the government promotes the utilization ofpersonal data. However, it also carries the risk of neglecting privacy protection.Traditional privacy can no longer cope with this situation. In the case of the analysisbased on information provided by the individual’s consent, it is difficult to assert tortprivacy because there is no invasion. The privacy self-management is also difficult sincethey read the privacy policy not carefully and agree to it.To solve the problem, this article focuses on the “Privacy as Trust” in the UnitedStates. This argument is protecting personal information by fiduciary duty and it hasthe potentiality to improve such situations. This article summarizes the recent changesin social background and its theoretical premise in order to explain why “Privacy asTrust” has emerged.

〔査読有り〕の原著論文日本でも教職員のわいせつ行為は問題となっている。学齢期の児童や青少年に対する女性教育者のわせつ行為を明らかにするため、ニュース記事のテキストデータを対象にテキストマイニングを行った。女性教育者は1225ケース中20名(1.6%)であった。さらに分析したところ、彼らのわいせつ行為のタイプは主に10代の生徒との性的交際だった。また一方的性的接触は少なかった。その原因を考察し、教職員と教職志望者向けの教育の今後の方向性を示唆した。

近年、ネットワーク環境の充実化により、大量の個人情報を収集され、プライバシーの保護がおろそかになるというリスクも生じている。このような状況においては、侵襲がないため、伝統的な不法行為プライバシーでは対処できなくなっている。また、プライバシー・ポリシーを熟読せず同意しているため、プライバシーの自己管理も困難である。 その問題を解決するために、本稿では、アメリカにおけるPrivacy as Trust 論に着目し、この議論が登場した近年の社会背景とその理論的前提を整理する。

In the Edo era, there were the foot soldiers “Teko-Ashigaru” in the Kaga domain.They had been engaged in managing the gardens in Kanazawa castle and carryingofficial cargoes of the domain. They had to have the necessary qualities of big andstrong men; it was known that they“Teko-Ashigaru” had a lot of anecdotes about verystrong men. In addition, they had maintained the snow cellar "Himuro" situated in the“Gyokusenin-Maru” garden of Kanazawa castle, and were probably technical experts attaking care of the snow-ice stored in the domain. Matters of the “Teko-Ashigaru” and"Himuro" were collected and discussed by using historical documents connected withthe Kaga domain.

主要大麻成分(テトラヒドロカンナビノール、THC; カンナビジオール、CBD; カンナビノール、CBN)のヒト脳、肺および胎盤における毒性発現機構解明の一環として、以下の点を明らかにした。(1) ヒト脳ミクロソームによる代謝、(2) ヒト肺ミクロソームによる代謝、(3) ヒト胎盤ミクロソームおよびCYP19による代謝、(4) ヒト脳および肺ミクロソームによるMALDO活性、(5) ヒト脳および肺ミクロソームにおけるアナンダミドおよび2-アラキドノイルグリセロール加水分解阻害作用、(6) THC代謝物のカンナビノイド受容体を介した細胞毒性(マウス肺マクロファージJ774-1細胞)。
