【目的】「もしも」のときの医療・ケアにおける話し合い行動意図尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検討した.【方法】計画的行動理論を参考に項目を作成した.Item-Level Content Validity Index(I-CVI)による内容的妥当性の検討,予備テストを経て原案とした.関東地方の20~79歳の一般人(n=860)を対象に横断的調査および1週間後の再テスト(n=665)をWebにて実施した.尺度の項目分析および信頼性係数(級内相関係数,クロンバックα係数)の算出,構成概念妥当性,併存妥当性を検討した.【結果】探索的因子分析にて6因子(結果評価,影響感,コントロール信念,遵守意思,規範信念,行動信念)が確認された.尺度全体のα係数は0.96,既知集団妥当性による効果量,併存妥当性による相関係数は中程度であった.【結論】本尺度の信頼性と妥当性は概ね確認された.

本報告では、時空間情報技術を用い地蔵盆と 「お地蔵さん」 の現状と変化の分析をおこなうためのデータ作成と整理について述べた。過去の研究によると、関西では一般的な行事である地蔵盆が近年の高齢化・少子化により変化し、簡略化あるいは行われない地域が増加しているとされている。また、地域では 「お地蔵さん」 の維持管理ができなくなり、寺院へ預ける地域が増え、路地に点在する 「お地蔵さん」 の数が減少しているともされている。そこで、本報告では京都を対象として、フィールドワークを行い、GPS カメラ等を用いてデータの収集を行った。そのデータに時空間情報技術を活用して、「お地蔵さん」 と地蔵盆の現状を記録、変化・傾向を様々な面から分析し、先行研究の妥当性について検証した。これにより、「お地蔵さん」 ・地蔵盆の研究において、時空間情報の活用が有効である実践例を示すと同時に地域のお地蔵さんのデータのアーカイブを行った。In this paper, using the spatiotemporal data technology, we would like to analyze the changing of "Ojizosan" and "Jizobon." According to the previous studies, although "Jizobon" is a common event in Kansai Area, the events are decreasing in number, or being simplified due to declining birthrate and aging poplulation. Moreover, in many regions "Ojizosans" are entrusted to the temples, because the residents can no longer maintain them. Therefore, the number of "Ojizosans" on the roadsides is decreasi ng. We are collecting the data through fieldwork in Kyoto using GPS cameras in order to record the current status of "Jizobon" and "Ojizosan," analyze their change using the spatial and temporal information technology, and verify the validity of the previo us studies. In this paper, we demonstrate that the spatial and temporal information technology is useful for the analysis of "Ojizosan" and "Jizobon," and an example of the digital archive of the regional "Ojizosan."

We investigated the relationship between the caregiver's meal and their fatigue by an analysis with a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire completed by the main caregiver. The 90 caregivers were 25 men and 65 women aged 20–80 years. They took care of patients at home who required more than level 3 care or who suffered from cognitive dysfunction. Adjusted for sex and age, neither the intake of grain nor of fish and meat, which were the main food groups in respective grain meals and fish and meat meals, was significantly correlated with the caregiver's perception of fatigue. On the other hand, the correlation between caregiver's fatigue and the intake of bean and seaweed food groups was significant (p < 0.05) or non-significant (p < 0.1). Elucidation of the most appropriate type of food for the principal meal will be necessary to minimize the perception of fatigue by the caregiver.

埼玉県立大学では、平成17年度から看護職の生涯学習の一環として、また本学の公開講座の専門職講座として8ヶ月間の認定看護師教育課程を開講している。受講生は、臨床5年以上、専門分野3年以上のキャリアをもつ看護師であるが、経験や基礎教育課程などはさまざまである。そこで、各自が主体的に自己の課題に向かって学びを深められるように、開講時よりポートフォリオを活用している。今回は、緩和ケアコースの研修期間を修了した受講生を対象に、研修修了時に実施したインタビューをもとにポートフォリオの活用についてその効果を分析した。その結果、ポートフォリオの活用は、学習意欲の他、緩和ケア認定看護師の実践能力に不可欠な対人関係能力や対象者の心情にかかわるケアに必要な能力の向上が期待できると考えられた。
