本研究では学協会著作権ポリシーデータベース(SCPJ)とCiNiiを用い,日本の学協会誌掲載論文の機関リポジトリ収録状況を分析した.分析の結果,2000~2009年の日本の学協会誌掲載論文の機関リポジトリ収録率は約0.9%にとどまっており,いずれの分野でも収録率は低かった.収録を許可するポリシーの雑誌は許可しない雑誌より収録率が高かったが,それでも収録率は1.3%程度にとどまっていた.We analyzed the rate of Japanese journal articles archived in institutional repositories based on the data of Society Copyright Policies in Japan (SCPJ) database and CiNii. As a result of analysis, only about 0.9% of Japanese journal articles published during 2000-2009 were archived in institutional repositories. The archive rate was low in all fields. While articles published in Green, Blue or Yellow journals were more archived than others, the archive rate of those was only about 1.3%.

Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP) is a disease that begins in infancy and is characterized by progressive ossification of skeletal muscles throughout the body. Stimuli such as injury and infection can trigger flare-ups involving subcutaneous mass formation, resulting in subsequent ossification at the site. Imaging diagnosis is often difficult in the initial phase where only a mass due to flare-up is present. In most cases, the diagnosis is made only after ossification has occurred, typically several years after the onset. Herein, we report a case of FOP diagnosed 4 months after onset. Careful imaging evaluation of the mass showed characteristics of FOP distinct from those of malignant tumors and other mass-forming lesions. Since early intervention can improve the outcome for patients with FOP, early diagnosis through careful imaging evaluation and awareness of the disease is important.

COVID-19パンデミック下,摂⾷障害患者における社会からの孤立,受診控え,症状の悪化,さらに新規患者の増加などが報告された。そこで我々は,2019,2020,2021年の神経性やせ症(Anorexia Nervosa: AN)および回避/制限性食物摂取障害(Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder: ARFID)の新規患者数,入院患者数,性別,年齢層,COVID-19の影響の有無について,国内で摂食障害を専門的に診療している医療機関に対して調査を依頼した。すべての項目に回答のあった28施設の結果について集計・解析した。ANの新規・入院患者数はそれぞれ,2019年は400人,266人,2020年は480人,300人,2021年は610人,309人であった。一方,ARFIDの新規・入院患者数はそれぞれ,2019年は70人,15人,2020年は97人,22人,2021年は112人,17人であった。AN,ARFIDともに2019年と比較して2020年,2021年は新規患者数,入院患者数ともに増加し,これは10代でより顕著であった。さらにANにおいては20代の患者も増加していた。COVID-19 パンデミック下にARFID 患者数の増加が示されたことは重要な知見であると考えた。
