In this study, we investigated Clear-Through® (Kewpie, Tokyo) with increased volume type.50 patients each were enrolled in group A (Clear-Through® with increased volume type), group B (Clear-Through® with normal type) and group C (no test diet). Quality of colon cleansing in each colon was higher in both groups A and B than in group C. The quality was significantly higher (p<0.05), but there was no difference between the A/B groups. On the other hand, in the A/B group, 70/62% of patients reported that each diet tasted "good" and 76/46% of patients reported that the amount of each diet was "moderate".Clear-Through® with increased volume type could have higher patient acceptance while maintaining colon cleansing.

デジタル化とネットワーク化の恩恵を市民が均しく享受できる社会を実現するためには、著作権法上の権利を円滑に処理することが欠かせない。特にいわゆる孤児著作物については、権利処理を複雑化させ膨大な取引費用を発生させる可能性があるため、著作物の二次利用についても電子図書館構想の実現についても、大きな障害となる可能性がある。本稿は、歌手、俳優など実演家の権利に焦点を当てつつ、それによって生じる法的課題に対処するため米国や欧州で進んでいる動きを紹介し、基本的な国際的枠組みについて検討し、わが国の取り組みと比較するとともに、さらに、近い将来に向けての政策提言を行うものである。As smooth digital rights management is a key to realize the New Digital Age where everybody can enjoy works created by other people together with the new information technology, legal matters in the copyright law are emphasized in many developed countries such as Japan, U.S. and European Union. Especially so called orphan works would make obstacles in the way of creating secondary works and accumulating legacy of human beings in digital libraries. This article provides a comparative legal study of the solution models developed in Japan, the U.S. and the European Union in light of the international framework, focusing on the neighboring rights of the singers, actors and other artists. It also provides a policy proposal which should be taken into account by the Japanese Legislature in the near future.

近年、欧州において、その豊かな歴史に育まれた文化的資産を保存するだけでなく経済発展に結び付けようとする試みがなされている。こうした試みは、電子図書館構想として、文化的資産を次世代に引き継ぎ、かつ、かかる資産の欧州全域からの一元的な利用を促進することを念頭に進められてきた。電子図書館という新しい形態の図書館を創設するにあたり、新たな課題として浮き彫りにされつつある法的問題も存在する。本稿では、こうした法的問題のうち、特に孤児著作物 (orphan works) に関する問題にふれながら、EU での審議過程を振り返ることによって、電子図書館構想における EU の著作権政策を概観する。This paper analyzes arguments on the establishment of the digital library in EU, called Europeana, in the context of copyright, especially orphan works.

本研究では、通信・放送融合時代において今後普及が見込まれるオールIP(インターネットプロトコル)化されたネットワーク・インフラ経由の映像コンテンツ配信という新たな局面に、著作権法がいかに対応すべきであるかを多角的に検討した。また、欧米諸国における法制をも比較法的に研究するとともに、著作権法関連の国際条約との兼ね合いについても検討を加えた。

This paper deals with "the quarterly financial report" which had been introduced to Japan in 2003 and its result. The first half of the paper investigates the process in which "the publication of the quarterly financial report" was introduced. The latter half examines the result caused by the introduction of "the publication of the quarterly financial report." In particular, this result is analysed from the perspectives of timely disclosure which "the publication of the quarterly financial report" holds.

現在の日本の映画産業においては、映画制作費の調達の大半を「製作委員会」方式が占めているが、米国では、より多様な出資者から資金を調達する方法として完成保証制度が普及している。本稿では、日米映画産業における映画制作費の調達方法について比較考察する。Seisaku iinkai is a major financing method for film producing costs in the current Japanese film industry. On the other hand, a "negative pick-up", a business method in which a completion bond is used, is one of the common financing methods for film producing costs in the United States. We compare financing methods for film producing costs between those in the United States and Japan.
