既存技術を説明したカード群を基に、プレイヤーが自分のアイデアを記した新カードも混ぜながら、カードを組み合わせた新たなビジネスプランの価値を競い合うゲームを開発した。時間と共にアイデアの発言が増加し、ゲームは株式市場と類似した場へと進化した。

本課題は,研究代表者らがこれまでに蓄積したモデル構築やデータ分析に関する知見を活用し,全世界のすべての輸送モードを包含する統合的な国際物流シミュレーションモデルを構築して,世界各地の物流インフラ投資や越境抵抗削減などの実際の諸施策や,船舶大型化や新航路開拓(パナマ運河,北極海航路など)などの技術進歩が,輸送パターンにもたらすインパクトを定量的に予測するものである.

Today's project management of mechatronics development is difficult to manage, because mechatronics product is becoming highly complicated. This paper proposes an integrated model of the project information based on representation of mechatronics product and product development process. Based on this project model, this paper also addresses a management method of the project. The project model is represented as a process of design tasks and resources. The product model is represented as a design parameter, product function, and product structure. The dependencies between/inside the product and process are modeled as a MDM (Multiple Domain Matrix) matrix and DMM (Domain Mapping Matrix). The system finds and suggests the gap between designer's recognition and derived dependency. This suggestion can help the designer to elaborate and improve the project model. A proto-type system is implemented and applied to the design example of an electric solar boat. The result shows the elaboration process of the project information.

In the context of recent servitization of manufacturing characterized by IoT, Big data, and AI, we require a data-driven front-loading design of product with service. This paper proposes a design method of service system that encourages co-creation using a structural framework called TriCyPSS (Triple Cycles for Product Service System) from the viewpoints of service chain and continuous provision among client business, my business, and partner business. This paper shows a case study according to the method’s procedure and details notations using a system modeling method called i* (eye-star). Using them, we clarify value in use brought by the service chain and continuous provision as well as data utilization and information circulation. Finally, this paper employs the method together with business planning methods and tools for practical use.

Japanese tourism industry is less competitive compared with other countries worldwide. One of the problems Japanese tourism companies have is that they do not have an efficient way to design package tours. This paper proposes a computer aided designing method of package tours that meets various tourists' favors while controlling cost. Tour service is modeled as network that comprises activity, place, capability and enabler. In this model, a tour is described as a flow of activities, which is linked with place, capability and enabler to attach the detailed information. There are three steps to design a tour lineup. First, the network is redesigned by adding improvement if necessary. Second, all possible sequences of activities (tour candidates) are extracted from the network, which are then combined as a lineup. Finally, after feasibility of the lineup is checked, it is evaluated from the viewpoints of tourists and providers. The proposed method has been verified by using developed prototype system through the case of Tokyo day tours.

For the development of high-functional and complex mechatronics products, it is becoming necessary to manage the design process considering multi-domains such as electrical, mechanical and software specialties. However, at present, in the process of embedded software development, the software developers often have to spend their time and efforts by wasteful and unnecessary design iterations because that they don't understand the original requirements and previous designing intentions exactly. The authors predict that the mechanical designers in previous processes, don't describe the reasons, how to analyze and why to adoption technologies insufficiently. In this paper, the authors propose that the requirement model should be introduced in development process, because all designers can understand "what to make" precisely. In reference of the studies of various requirement definitions, especially object-oriented approach, the authors studied that the procedure of description in the requirement model, which is suitable for the development of high-functional and complex mechatronics products. An intelligent crane system is designed as an example to examine the possibilities of description using SysML. In conclusion, proposed requirement model is confirmed that it can surely describe the product requirement of the mechatronics product.

This paper proposes a method of impact analysis of the design change from the initial design stage. In author's previous work, a hierarchical requirement model is proposed in order to define the requirement of the complex mechatronics product. The product requirement is decomposed into three aspects: mechanical, electrical, and software. A hierarchical functional structure is proposed to represent the functional component in each design layer. The states and actions is designed as an activity diagram, and decomposed into the activity diagram in the next design stage. A constraint diagram is proposed to assign behavior elements and technical specifications. A decomposition process of the states, actions, and values is visualized using dependency structure matrix. The design change propagation analysis is proposed based on matrix between components, object flows, states, actions, and values. The proposed method is developed as a proto-type system based on SysML specifications and using Rhapsody. An intelligent crane system is designed as an example. A design change of the required behavior and actions is tested. The design result indicated that the proposed method surely can provide an affected components, parameters, and technical specifications with the change of requirement behavior.
