In this paper, we address the problem of performing natural paste synthesis by color adjustment and image completion, in order to solve the completion problem that can specify an object appearing in a completion area. We propose a synthesis network that can extract the context features of the input image and reconstruct an image with the feature, making the inserted object appear in the completion region. In addition, we propose a ingenious method to make input images and learning method using Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) that do not require collection of high cost learning data. We show that color adjustment and image completion based on context features are executed at the same time, and natural pasting synthesis can be performed by using these proposal methods.

As the machine tools are shifting to high precision cutting, it is necessary to develop an effective instrumentation system and to establish an evaluation method for the spindle run-out error. In this paper, a new measurement system for the run-out error was developed by utilizing an transmitted light beam method. Also a new evaluation method was established by separating the run-out error into rotational error and tool chucking error. The measuring principle is based upon edge detection technique in which a halved photo detector is used to quantify the amount of the transmitted light through the both sides of the pin-gauge used as a master specimen. By providing two similar optical setups which are placed perpendicular to the rotating axis of the pin-gauge, an X-Y displacement measurement system of the pin-gauge was built up. The run-out error of the spindle can be known directly by evaluating the displacement of the pin-gauge through its Lissajous figure. Finally, it was clarified that the performance of the developed evaluation system is practically acceptable.

回転機器に使用される転がり軸受の剛性設計は避けて通れない項目となっており, 最近では回転機器設計の段階における多くの問合せを頂いている.剛性設計は, 単に高ければよいというものではなく, 同時に影響を及ぼす多くの機能への予測も重要であり, 具体的に検討をするうえにおいても多くの選択肢・検討項目があることがおわかりいただけたことと思う.本稿が回転機器設計に携われる方々の一助になれば幸いである.

This paper proposes a high-speed and high-accuracy matching method for 3-D dot cloud data, and a method of expanding the scope of the matching. The proposed algorithm is designed to reduce the matching cost of ICP (Iterative Closest Point) algorithm by reducing the number of data. When the number of the data is decreased, the accuracy of the matching tends to become lower. However, we change the dot cloud data varying in the reduction rate progressively as the matching process progresses, and perform the matching with high speed and high accuracy. In this research we propose two types of stage processing depending on the magnitude relationship between the number of online data and offline data. One is the movement point type where online data is larger than offline data, and the other is the reference point type. Moreover, we expand the scope of matching by changing the number of reference points for the search points. We name this k-nearest neighbor stage processing. Our proposed methods are combined in order to achieve high-speed and large scope matching, which result in two techniques; the movement point type k-nearest neighbor stage processing, and the reference point type k-nearest neighbor stage processing. We perform some experiments using real data measured by a laser ranger to verify the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.

Several kinds of cam motion curves have been utilized to the high speed positioning or the contour tracing. To realize the same performance by servo motors, the bangbang or the optimum control and others are applied recently. This paper describes the feedforward methods to obtain the same high speed positioning as the mechanical cam motion by applying the inverse transfer function compensation for DC motor driving system with one degree of freedom vibration load, giving the Polydyne motion curve inputs. By this method to give the dwell-risedwell polynomial motion curve with continuous velocity, accelaration and the other higher order differential at start and final points, the output loads are able to be obtained the positioning at arbitrary setting conditions without the feedback from the load. By the adequate selection of Polydyne curves on the basis of the residual vibrating characteristics, the positioning stable for parameter variations are clarified to be obtained.
