鎌倉時代の文永年中(一二六四〜一二七六)に、天台座主澄覚と後鳥羽院女房二条局が勧進した、後鳥羽院忌日(二月二十二日)の追善影供和歌会について考察する。後鳥羽院孫澄覚が歌人であったこと、二条局が隠岐に供奉した坊門信清女西御方であることを確認し、両者が用いた後鳥羽院画像についても検討。この後鳥羽院影供が、忌日に催された影供歌会の初例であったことの、影供史上での意義と役割を述べる。

In this report for Case Study, we introduce the educational activities for research ethics conducted as part of the promotion of responsible conduct of research at Tohoku University. In particular, we describe in detail the Career Stage-Based Learning Reference Standards and the Research Integrity Advisor System as distinctive systems and initiatives.

We developed a prediction method for providing detailed tide level and tidal current information covering the whole Seto Inland Sea.Simulations for 33 days on tide level and the tidal current were carried out after dividing the Seto Inland Sea into the 11 domains. Vertically integrated two-dimensional model was used for the simulation and tide level changes during the target period in the Kii Channel, Bungo Channel, and Kanmon Strait were used as boundary conditions.On the bases of the simulation result, we calculated 29 harmonic constants and constructed the harmonic constant database. The M2 tide and tidal current which are predominant of the Seto Inland Sea were compared with the observation data (48 tide and 51 tidal current stations). As a result, the overall distribution tendency of the M2 tide and tidal current indicated a good reproducibility.Moreover, it was shown that the estimated tidal current of 29 constituents that were acquired from harmonic analysis also reproduced local flows, such as eddies of the downward flow side of the islands, in the Kurushima Strait.Furthermore, good agreements were obtained when compared the tide data of 11 tidal stations in the Seto Inland Sea and the current chart mesh data.This method based on the harmonic analysis of the simulation result can predict the detailed flow of the whole Seto Inland Sea at any time, and the harmonic constant database has high practicality, resulting in a method of wide application.

This paper examines how electronic warfare, a way of fighting in the electromagnetic domain, is defined in Russian security strategy. The author would like to focus on the strategic papers and look at how organized the "electronic warfare forces" in the Russian military. Then, the author would like to consider the "electronic warfare equipment" possessed by those "electronic warfare forces". In addition, the author will take up as a case study how Russia's electronic warfare is carried out in the current Russo-Ukrainian War. Finally, in modern warfare, "X-rays" and "γ-rays" are considered to categorized within the electromagnetic domain, so the author also would like to estimate the possibility that Russia will implement electromagnetic pulse(EMP) attack.

和歌一首をどこで改行し何行で記すかという書式は平安末期には成立しており、定家も『下官集(げかんしゆう)』に関連する記述を遺している。三大手鑑に収載される『新古今集』以降の勅撰集の古筆切八〇葉五七種を対象として、装訂や書形とも関連させつつ、和歌の書式を確認し、行数の違いによる差異のあり方やその意味について考察し、特に一般的な二行書から一行書になる際に起こる、漢字表記の増大化傾向について具体的な検討を行った。

The Georgian conflictoccurred in 2008, and on that occasion Russiamade military campaigns in order to protect its own national interests. Also Russia announced its “Initiative in Foreign Policy”before the conflict started and “Five Principles of Foreign Policy” after it ended. In accordance with these strategic measures, recently Russia adopted a strong policy towards the United States and Western countries. In this thesis, the present Russian “Initiative in Foreign Policy” and “Five Principles of Foreign Policy” are closely examined in order to make clear why Russia has taken strong oppositions to the US and Western countries. Through this analysis the author will consider the background against which the Georgian conflict took place and what problems the conflict has put on Russia in terms of its security.

I discussed the relationships of the transmitted stories and the historical facts, besides the purposes and the elements of transmission, based on "kataribe" (a family of professional narrators) and the transmittedstories in Tsugaru-Soto-Sangunshi. The Ando Family, who were natures of Tosaminato in Mutsu, tried to justi- fy their right to rule over the region called Tsugaru. So they made transmitted stories of their own family based on history books, old documents and the family stories which were handed down generation to generation, giving them other interpretations, adding something different and even inventing new stories. They took a group of "kataribe" under their influences so as to supervise them with certain financial aids and have them transmit the story of the Ando. I analyzed these facts and the circulation process of the basic culture and its deformation after the Tsugaru fashion.
